CdxxIII Chapter
“Sano,” said I walked backwards.
Sano walked past me, approaching the old man. He raised his sword up with both hands, then swung the sword until it pierced the old man's head. Blood poured out of his head as Sano pulled back his sword.
I glanced at Acey who was seen poking his tail into the body of a fat man who had split in two near his feet. I patted the baby girl on the back before I walked down the stairs.
“Kou, I'll go back to see my brother. Open the gate, so that all Manticore can return,” I said slowly with both my legs moving up the stairs one by one.
“According to your order, My Lord,” he said that sounded in my head.
I glanced to the right side, glancing towards the shadow of someone walking behind me. My footsteps halted for a moment as the steps I climbed ended, my embrace of the baby girl strengthened as my eyes fell toward the three Manticore tails that looked ravenous, and the eyes grew stronger, preying on a pile of corpses of Knights near them.
“Acey,” I said by turning to look at him, “Kou will open the gate, after you finish eating... Invite all your troops to go home. Make sure not too long, the gate is still weak, so it will not last too long,” I said by walking closer to him.
I raised my hand to wipe the rest of the blood at the end of his mouth, “thank you for helping me,” I smiled at him.
“While I have given permission for you to eat it,”, I tapped gently on his cheek. “The body is filled with curses, it is like poison to our body if it eats it. Anything for you, My Lord. Call me if you need a gun. Thank you, for the beautiful house you gave us,” he said by moving his face more and more stuck in the palm of my hand.
“Thank God, if you like it. I go home, come back later,” my words turn around and walk away.
I stepped through the hole Acey had made before. I glanced at the several Manticore sitting near Kou who was standing looking at me from a distance. “Hime-sama!” My footsteps stopped and turned towards the voice that called out to me.
“What happened, Hime-sama?”
“Animals ... What creatures are they?” Tukas Makoto and Arata took turns as they stood before me.
“They're all my animals. As long as you're on my side, they won't touch you,” I said again continuing the steps past them.
“It ... Is that the baby that will reportedly be the offering?”
“You know it?” I asked without looking at them.
“I just found out from one of the servants, before the creature suddenly out of nowhere pounced on the waiter,” Arata said heard from behind.
“Hime-sama.”
“What's Sano?” I again asked by stopping the footsteps beside Kou.
“The baby, will freeze to death if you do not cover his body,” he said that made me turn.
“You take off your own clothes?” I asked as I glanced towards the clothes he had previously worn had been in his grasp.
“There was only a little blood stuck there, so I thought it was better than letting her be like that,” she said by moving her hand that was clutching the black clothes earlier.
I raised my hand to grab the clothes from his hand, “thank you,” I said with a glance at the baby and then wrapped Sano's clothes on his body.
I was slightly jolted as Kou's tail had wrapped around my body, Kou raised me using his tail then slowly lowered me above his back. My head lowered, staring at the blue bruise that was imprinted on the poor baby girl's arm, I patted her gently beside her thigh as her lips moved as if to cry.
“Are we going straight home, Hime-Sama?” I tried to glance at Arata who had been sitting behind me, “we will go straight back to the Il Kingdom, there is nothing here anymore. I did not find any clue about my eyes,” I said by looking back at the baby girl in my sling, I raised my hand to wipe her forehead that looked sweaty.
I flank strongly on Kou's back with both of my legs as Kou flapped his two wings very strongly. Acey nodded his head as I glanced at him, “Kou, take me ... As fast as you can. My body, probably will not be able to be moved tonight,” I said slowly by re-embracing the strong baby in my sling.

Kou is getting slower as the sun goes down, “Sano, are you okay?” Makoto's voice rang out, raising my head that had lowered.
“I'm fine. I would be cold, if it was for, Hime-sama,” he said in response to Makoto's words.
I exhaled very strongly, trying to calm down so that the baby in my sling did not wake up. “Sano, shut up! If you wake him up, I will ask Kou to throw your body from up here,” I said while looking straight ahead.

“We're almost there,” I said cut his words.
I sighed then raised my head back, “nii-chan, are you waiting for me?” Tukasku turned to look at him who was walking with Daisuke beside him.
“Are you waiting for me,” he said repeating the words I said.
“Down now! Haruki is furious that you suddenly disappeared,” he said standing with his hands crossed in his chest.
I move my feet to the side, “nii-chan, help me,” I said with a full gaze begging him.
Izumi raised her head followed by the breath she let out, “what pack did you bring?!” The person who walked closer.
“That's a baby girl,” I muttered softly with my head bowed powerless to look at her.
“Say once again!”
“That's a baby girl,” I said a little harder.
I raised my face to look at him as I felt his hand that had gripped my arm, “oi Squirrel, make sure you explain everything,” he said which I replied with a nod of the head.
“Three of you, follow me!” Daisuke opened his voice by glancing towards the three of them who had been standing beside Kou's body.
“Captain,” Sano chimed in Daisuke's words with a seducing tone.
“Follow me, or I will chop your bodies and give them to fish that live in the sea,” Daisuke said walking away from us, I glanced towards the three of them who had also walked following his footsteps.
I turned to look at Izumi as I felt the embrace that touched my waist. He lifted my body then lowered it back beside Kou's body. “Kou, thank you,” said I looked at him before following Izumi's footsteps that had walked ahead.
“They, don't take you to a dangerous place don't you?” Izumi spoke up by continuing to move her legs.
“What do you mean, nii-chan?” I asked him back by speeding up the footsteps approaching him. “Your body, smells of something you shouldn't approach,” he said with a glance at me.
“Ah, the story is very long. I'll tell you later,” my reply by looking straight ahead, “apa Haru-nii, really angry?”
My head was down when I felt a grip on my head, “do you think? You suddenly disappeared, with Daisuke reporting if you want to go to Rhys ... Do you not know, how worried we are?”
“I'm sorry, nii-chan. I just feel like I have to go there,” I said again raising my head as the grip on my head slipped.

My breath was blowing strongly followed by my feet moving up the stairs, my heart beating even more irregularly as I stared at the two-leafed door in the banquet hall that was open. I was getting stronger to embrace the baby as my legs moved through the door.
My eyes grew as I glanced at the sitting couple looking at me from the table full of food in front of them, “Sa-chan,” I took a strong bite of my lips as the voice sounded.
My footsteps that had stalled before, moved back to Haruki who had stood up, stepped closer to me, “from anywhere, you?” His smiling face looked at me with his hands crossed at his chest.
“Finding, life experience,” I said as I lowered my head, trying to avoid his gaze.
“Then, what life bundle is in your sling?” He asked again, I glanced down followed by my palm which again patted the baby's arm to fall back asleep.
“I brought a baby girl with me,” I said with a raised face looking at her.
Haruki again smiled at me, “you brought what?” Straining with your feet getting closer.
I close my eyes as a ringing sound fills the ears, “Sachi, are you okay?” Both of my eyes opened again, Izumi who had embraced my body followed by one hand held the baby who almost fell from my hand.
I glanced at Haruki, he raised his hand to grab my body then carried it, “don't say,” Haruki said, he clicked his tongue before stepping his foot carrying me away.
