DXCVIII Chapter
“My Lord .. My Lord.”
The sound of whispers from Kou who was teasing, slowly awakened me from sleep. “They have come,” he said back as I tried to raise my head.
I followed the direction of his gaze, I raised my hand to wave towards the five of them who ran over. I stared at them for a long time, who looked breathless as they stopped their steps in front of me. “You called Kou?” Izumi asked before she finally sat down before me.
I nodded my head answering Izumi's question, “me-”
“Where are brother and also Vartan?” lucio's words stopped what I said.
“They escaped, by boat and also all the equipment we left yesterday,” said I who re-leaned in Kou.
“That's impossible, they're just three. They-”
“They took one of the boats and destroyed the other. Aren't you aware of that board debris near you?!” my snarl instantly made him speechless.
“Allah! This animal of mine, will take us home,” I said standing up to them.
My body lifted upwards as Kou wrapped his tail around my chest, before I finally sat on his back. “Because, his back is not enough for the six of us, it is likely that he will carry you with their claws. Do not move too much during the journey, or his sharp claws will penetrate your body. Do you two understand?” connect me while glancing towards Fabian and also Lucio who responded to my words with a nod of his head.
“Then, after we arrive ... I ask, you forget if you have met him. Suppose you never saw him. If you betray what I say, I'll freeze Robson overnight. Do you guys understand?” I sighed softly as they nodded their heads back.
My gaze moved back to look at Kou's neck, I hugged his neck as he flapped his wings, feeling strong to throw some of the board debris on the ground. The more Kou flew up, the stronger the sound of male screams came from below. “Kou, do you remember that forest in the corner of the city? The forest I visited a few days ago? Take us all there, then after .. You can come back,” whispered me while tightening my arms around her neck.
“Be quiet you two! If you shout that loud, you will make suspicious of those below. This creature, will not hesitate to throw you to the mainland if what you do endangers its master!”
I tried to look back, as Izumi snapped shut the two of them. The gaze of my eyes turned back to the front, as the flapping of Kou's wings. Kou slowed his flapping wings, he briefly paused in mid-air before again flying forward past a large fortress.
Slowly, Kou's body descended toward the ground before finally. I turned to the side, looking at Fabian and Lucio who were rolling on the ground before standing up. My eyes were distorted, as Kou raised my body again and slowly lowered it back beside her.
I raised my head, as Kou again flapped his wings, then flew upwards away from us. “What an animal it is, it's amazing. Where, can you get it?” the voice of the man who distracted me.
“You, must have a sincere heart to get it. Animal, who chose his own Master, not the other way around,” I replied, Lucio looked stunned as I smiled back at his gaze.
“You guys, can stay at our house some time. At the very least, you can cleanse your body or fill your stomach there. Think of it as a thank you from us,” said Lucio, he cut my words before turning around and stepped his foot away from us.
“My brother's right. Come to our house, we will be very grateful if you can stop by our house even for a while,” continued Fabian chimed in on his brother's words.

We walked for a long time, until we finally stopped at a house with a high iron fence. Two guards, opening the gate as Lucio snapped at them. We walked in his footsteps, as we walked, also saw a horse carriage that was a little far from the luxurious house in front of us.
Lucio and Fabian walked together, as a bodyguard opened the door for them. Our footsteps continued on, before finally stopping following the two of them who had stopped moving. “It turns out to be true, you guys left us,” Lucio said as he cast his gaze towards the three of them who were getting up from the chair with a middle-aged man near them.
“What do you mean, Lucio? You left me there, are you unaware of your status?!”
I just fell silent, looking at the three brothers. Lucio remained silent, as Gael, his older brother, hit him in the face several times. “What is it like, the way you treat your sister?”
“Shut up! This is business between us!” Gael cuts Haruki's words by snapping at him.
I walked over, then held onto Izumi's arm tightly, as Haruki himself had walked closer to the two of them. The grip of my hand on Izumi's arm grew stronger, as Haruki lunged at Gael's body until he fell to the side. “I have long known the condition of your family,” Haruki said as he continued to walk until his feet stepped on Gael's body.
“If you go forward, I will not hesitate to break his neck before you can attack me,” Haruki said, he crossed his arms in front of his chest followed by his head which looked at some guards who were about to approach.
“Then why, if you are from a different Mother? Is it because, your mother's family status is higher, so you can do anything to your sister? He was born, also because your father was in a relationship with his mother, it means .. Your status is the same, both children of a Duke.”

You think luck is on your side so you can just be free from their confinement?” Haruki changed her tone while turning her gaze towards Vartan and Alana as well.
“I'm sorry, Duke. I, want to teach your eldest son how to thank you. A Noble, must learn such things to respect those of higher status, right?”
“Who are you, lan-”
“Takaoka Haruki, First Prince and Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Sora, and also .. Husband of Princess Takaoka Luana. Can you tell my father-in-law? Just say, this daughter-in-law wants to come visit.” The middle-aged man called Duke, seemed to be staring as Haruki smiled at him.
