DXIII Chapter

I moved closer to the water barrel with occasional glances towards the bathroom door, my body curled more and more into hiding as the sound of the door creaking sounded. The roar was heard again when the footsteps that followed him also stopped. I was still motionless, the situation around me was also silent, even I could hear the sound when I gulped back down my own saliva.
I bit my lips strongly when a boisterous sound was heard from outside, there was also the sound of shards of shard and also objects colliding with each other accompanied the boisterous voice. I glanced to the left as the sound of the door slamming strongly, my bite getting stronger as the male screams echoed inside the bathroom.

Tsubaru crouched down and grabbed the collar of the man's shirt before he moved back up and took his legs dragging the man's body. I rubbed my slightly wet face with water droplets on my hair as my feet followed Tsubaru who dragged the bald man out of the bathroom.
I was stunned when my gaze fell on the floor, I stared at the flow of blood that followed Tsubaru's steps until my gaze came to a halt to the bald man he was dragging, drooping helplessly with a wide tear that circled his neck. His white clothes had turned red followed by his head moving in a daze following Tsubaru who was dragging him.
I stopped my steps, the room was no longer like a room. The wooden tables and chairs that had previously stood firm, had been shattered into small pieces of wood. The previously tight closet door had broken in half inwards, though, the bed that Haruki had previously slept on had become a pool of blood with a man lying lifeless with one of his wrists cut off followed by a sword stuck in his body.
How can this happen in such a fast time?

I was slightly jolted when Haruki's voice suddenly sounded, he waved his hand as I had turned his head towards him. My breath slowly came out as I stepped closer to him with a still eye glancing at the shattered room. I stopped my steps by staring at the two men, one man wearing a robe, while the other man, was none other than the man who patted Izumi's butt before.
My eyes turned to Tatsuya who had stepped on the head of the cloaked man, “Sa-chan, explain to me what happened?” I gasped a little, I quickly cast my gaze at Haruki who again made a sound.
“I don't know, me and Lux feel weird because you guys don't make a sound even though it's morning. So I, so I decided to check, and get all my brothers fast asleep with a strange scent filling their room,” I replied to Haruki's question.
“Tatsuya, what do you think?” I glanced at Tatsuya who lowered his head as Haruki asked like that to him.
“Sorry, Your Grace. We were fast asleep before Arata woke up with a lot of thorns growing around his bed. Seeing this, Arata woke us up. When we passed the Princess's room, the door of her room was not tightly closed with the Princess who had also disappeared.”
