DXCV Chapter
“What happened to something, My Lord?”
I was stunned as Kou's words flashed in my head, “what do you mean, Kou? Do you, not feel the magic that appeared before?”
“There is no magic of any kind, except magic of your own, My Lord. Even Lux's magic, feels so far from where you stand,”.
I moved with my head down, my eyes glancing to the left, trying to digest what was really happening. “Sa-chan, did something happen?” I spoke Haruki's voice which made me look at her.
I shook my head slowly by returning to lower my gaze, “nothing happened. Just maybe, I misperceived something, nii-chan.
“Compared to that, we continue the hunt,” connect me while grabbing a coconut that has been peeled in half by Izumi.
“We continue the hunt again,” said Haruki, I glanced back at him who spoke to Hayle while moving his hand.
I also stepped up to follow those who had walked first, by occasionally drinking water from coconuts that I brought. During our walk, during which time the inhabitants made a non-stop sound, the sound they made mimicked the sounds of the animals in the forest.
Our footsteps stopped, as Hayle raised his right hand to the side. I shook, my eyes turned towards a man who looked to be the same age as Aeneas, standing up with a small bamboo in his hand. The man's eyes were still pointing upwards, followed by a large bamboo he had lifted up to touch his lips, after he had previously inserted an object like an arrow into it.
My head was raised upwards, as they all had done so too, followed by the more boisterous sounds they made to attract attention .. Monkey? I was stunned, as objects shot out from the tip of the bamboo. The monkey hanging on the branch of the tree managed to dodge, before the second arrow finally dropped it down.
I was still silent, when one of the residents walked to pick up the monkey that was successfully hunted. “Nii-chan, can you get me more coconuts?” I muttered softly, I glanced towards Izumi who moved her head back at my glance.
“Are you still thirsty?” He asked back to look at me.
“I, can already imagine ... What food we will eat later tonight, because it ... Before that happens, I intend to make my stomach full with coconut water, he said,” I replied as I grabbed and clasped his sleeve tightly.
“You don't have to do it, Sa-chan. We will hunt other animals-”
“Is that Haru-nii?”
Haruki nodded his head, “but are you really okay? Your face, pale,” he said, my face moved to the right and to the left as his fingers moved it.
“I'm fine. I, just didn't guess with the results of the hunt.”
“Really?” Again, I nodded my head to answer his question.

My eyes followed him who walked past after previously patting me gently on the cheek. “Do you thirst, Izu-nii?” I said while pointing the coconut in my hand at him.
“How about you?”
“I'm not thirsty anymore. Nii-chan, can drink it,” answered me who smiled as she grabbed the coconut.
“Maybe Eneas who needs it more. Aeneas, take this! You're thirsty, aren't you?”
I turned to the direction he was heading, looking at Aeneas who was approaching. Her smile expanded as Izumi stuck out the coconut in her hand towards Aeneas, “thank you. If I could have been better at archery,” his murmur looked at the coconut in his hand.
“You just need to practice a lot. Maybe later, you can beat us very easily,” Izumi said before she walked away from us.
“I intend to take it myself, but my arrow range is not as far as nee-chan. So-”
“Stupid,” I said cutting his words while putting a palm over his head, “you're my sister! If I have often asked for anything from you without any hesitation, you too .. Must do the same to me. That way, I will also feel, if my sister is .. Needs me as her brother,” my connection rubbed his head before continuing to follow Izumi.

I sat there, watching some women preparing food for us to eat. I grew silent as the women pulled the charred monkey carcasses from the fire, while the little ones helped, he seemed busy cleaning the bodies of the grilled monkeys that were deliberately stacked by the women, using their palms.
My body curled up even more, thinking .. If there were no animals we could catch other than monkeys at the moment. I took a deep breath before leaving them, my footsteps kept moving and continued to move closer to the hut we were in.
I sat in front of the hut, looking at the residents passing by. “What are you doing here?” My head was raised, looking for the origin of the sound that sounded.

“I want grilled fish, nii-chan! I just want to eat fish now. Find me a fish,” my whine while wrapping your hands around her arms.

I walked into the hut as Izumi's fingers slipped off my cheeks. My head was lying on a pillow made of folds of leaves that were inside the hut. I sighed, staring blankly ahead. “Sachi, Haruki and others are waiting for us.”
I lay sideways while closing my eyes, “aku, not hungry, nii-chan. You guys, just spend it all,”, I said, which still closed my eyes.
“Nii-chan, can you help me? Did Zeki send me a letter? He has not sent any news since he returned to Yadgar. I, very worried about him.”
“Please, ask Haru-nii. And sorry, because it's been so much trouble for you lately, Izu-nii,” I said slowly.
