CHAPTRE 1. Shattered World, Beginning of Chaos.

Part 1's. Jennifer Gothard's
I am Jennifer Gothard, 27 years old, a senior nurse special surgical, BSN degreeΒΉ with the rank of Captain at William Beaumont Army Medical Center El Paso, Texas. The largest military hospital in the country.
I am saving and saving desperately for CRNAΒ² college at the age of 27. I got a scholarship but it wasn't full, I had to work and face the book back and some years of this saving was desperately.

But it feels like it's been a long time to finish and it's been excruciating. I even have to save every penny.

I turned off my spending counter application and massaged my head which suddenly felt heavy. My life is hard, though I would do anything to get out of this circle. Being a doctor is one of them. And even more so because I wanted it.
"Jen, Doctor Richard is waiting for you in his office." My friend Rose surprised me as she passed in front of my desk in front of the unit's ICU room.

I rushed to Mr.'s office. Richard. Mr. Richard is the senior surgeon who heads the ICU installation for the cardiologist who was my boss for two years. The old doctor smiled at me.
"Jen, sit..." I quickly put myself in front of Mr. Richard.

"I'm going to move you to a special new unit under a new young doctor recommended by a colleague of mine from Mount Sinai... His name is Dr. James Wilson's. He may not be familiar with our arrangement here, your job is to assist him in his later operations. And of course there is a bonus for you.. " r. Richard purposely withheld his bonus word.

"Bonus what sir,..." I was immediately enthusiastic. I mean my salary plus?! I need that so badly, please...

"He was handsome. "my shoulder went straight down and was not excited anymore. Handsome doctor, cardiologist, single, well. I'll be 999th here. She'll be like a queen bee surrounded by her worker bees. And I may be like an ant across the sea that is not considered.
"Why are you so weak to hear it." Dr. James laughed at my lackluster expression.
"You know I'm not interested in a handsome doctor sir... I'm out of the league." Dr. James smiled broadly.

"I see, you will choose your career above all else. But sometimes finding a sharing friend would be a Jen favor."

Maybe if you could find someone financially far above you like the beautiful nurses who get their doctors.

But I believe I'm not one who's given such good luck. So I'm more confident chasing my own luck. And I hate people who depend their happiness on others.

"Let's get excited Jen, you can..." I grimaced wide.
"I've always been excited sir,..." I got out of Dr. Richard's room quickly. Well, a handsome, and a cardiologist. There must be a lot of people chasing him. Maybe I can use that later.

Ahaaa.I grinned widely, will do anything for the sake of my additional tuition. Including being a dating middleman, my brain was spinning around looking for opportunities..

I knew someone by that name. It's been a long time. There are many names for James Wilson. There's no way he's.

I didn't wait long. I immediately spread the rumor that there will be a handsome new cardiologist from Stanford who will be my new boss to all nurses and employees of this hospital.

The William Beaumont Medical CenterΒ !also called Fort Bliss is the largest military hospital in the UK that employs 2,000 staff who have been appointed officers and civilians. And I've taken into account the costs I'm going to charge to make myself the source of this information from James Wilson.

Yesterday I did it in the dining room and this morning everyone was curious who the "hot chart available man" will be installed on the list of the largest hospital in El Paso.

Quickly into the room dr. Richard was so called and blinked my eyes at my friends who were impatiently waiting for me.

I knocked on the door and waited for the sign to come in. Hopefully he's handsome enough that I can sell you info about him. And have to stop myself grinning wide now.

"Look Jen..." Someone was sitting behind me. He looks pretty tall. It's a good start.
"This is my trust nurse, nurse Jennifer Gothard. He'll help you." This guy turned around, his height was probably around 185 he was tall enough to make you intimidated, I the 175 had to look up a little.
I might be a little nearsighted right now. James Wilson's?
Is he really the James I know.

"Tootsies..." I hate that name! My eyes grew bigger and looked at the man in front of me. He looks handsome now... Although he used to be handsome, but now his face forms a bold, hot adult structure and makes you want to make it a spoonful of ice cream.

"Dickheads!" I closed my lips that immediately mentioned his name. That's totally disrespectful. That's your new boss Jen!
"You know each other?" Doctor Richard was immediately curious about the expressions of the two of us.
"Ehmmm .. we were once .. neighbor." James explained quickly.
"Ohhh, well then everything will be easier. Jen, help her!" I almost grimaced in exchange for a smile.

"Yes sir..." But then I remembered something that made me smile broadly as I walked out of Richard's doctor's office. I turned around and stopped his steps.

"1000 Dickhead dollars!" I put my hand up asking for money.

"What?!" He looked at me with no understanding.

"You don't remember you breaking my mother's window and you owe me her window repair fees and Mr.'s fees. Tony's the handyman who came to the house. You begged me to pay first when I took out my savings of 50 dollars. You haven't paid me at all 15 years later, it's calculated by inflation and interest for 15 years and the consideration that your salary might be 10x that of me. Now give me back my money..." He must have been flabbergasted so quickly I spoke.

"You're crazy Tootsie..."
"Yes! And if you don't pay me you'll be in deep trouble now, you obviously need my help here." I have the power to threaten my own boss. I love this, now the sun is shining brightly over my head and I smile wide.

He took out his wallet. "I've got 300 here ..." I'll get my phone out immediately.

"This is my account number ..."

"You leech sucker." He looked at me in disbelief at what I was doing.

"Yes, and I need that money..." I don't care what he says. $1,000 is big money. He looked at me for a moment and said nothing.
"Done up! See..." He showed me the transfer notification. I smiled broadly.
"Thank you dear...." Why is he so kind and immediately granting my request? Well, I don't give a shit. What matters is that I get my addition.
"I'll take you on a tour to this hospital boss. Come with me, later in the day you will be introduced to fellow doctors and nurses this section by Mr. Richard..."
And this tour is a source of income for me too. Want to know more about this handsome doctor. I'm advertising my merchandise. Paid consultation will be accepted.

A bachelor's degree in nursing in the US is completed in 4 years of education. There is also an RN (Registered Nurse) nursing education that only requires two years of education.

Β² CRNA: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
CRNA is a 3-year advanced education for nurses who work in the operating room for anesthesia, can be a physician assistant in surgery and other treatments.Β This can only be applied after they complete BSN degree & 3 years experience working as a nurse. CRNA is a profession that is respected in hospitals even by the level of a surgeon.
Their job is to assist the anesthesiologist, supervising the recovery of the patient after surgery. In the U. S. their salary could possibly be nearly 2.5 - 3x that of a regular nurse. Usually they work in the ICU, operating room and sometimes seconded in the ER. (about 190,000 to 240,000 per year)
