"He holds 4%?" His face could not believe what he was hearing. A blow but too late to anticipate anything now.
"If you can't count, 4% is very significant for the calculation of the support difference. And unfortunately, with the entry of the Gillian family some parties also changed their support."
Adrian can't talk anymore. The losing face he got 15 minutes before the meeting opened. The changed Kylie smiled widely, I just enjoyed her surprised face.
"I told you I'd win. And I can assure you my win is above 10% support." Kylie happily showed off her winning laugh.
"You've failed miserably, can't hold hands and can't hold your shares at once. Your family will be very disappointed in you." Now we are sowing salt on the agony of Adrian. "And one more thing, your guard dog is on the run for a collision case involving Kylie. I don't know if you're involved or not, but if you are, you better get ready."
"I don't know anything about that." He answered me directly.
"Surely, I doubt it very much." Kylie even seems to have Adrian's beliefs involved in this incident. "Did Jacob know about this. It's a shame he didn't come today, I wanted to ask him to talk at length about this. Because there's no way Mark would act that drastic if you weren't involved."
"I'm really not involved." Adrian still denies in any way his involvement.
"It's up to you to deny you're not involved, but there's more than 10 million dollars I'm going to hold on to about retail lot rentals across the US. I'll hold him until he turns himself in. Maybe it's your brother's money, or yours?"
"Yes well, maybe you're right 10 million is small for him. I take it as a donation."
"10 million small, what money?" Someone came up with the question we saw. I don't know who came here.
"Jacob you're coming?" Kylie recognized him first. Apparently this is Jacob Russell, Adrian's first brother, the holder of all family business decisions. He apparently came to this meeting, it seems Adrian asked him to come to show he was able to control the main company of the Kylie family.
"What were you guys talking about? Adrian's 10 million for donations?" He's still chasing that question. His face swept over us all in curiosity. Adrian was still worried. Seemed to think how to answer that question. "Adrian, the 10 million you donated to this man? You're Gillian's family, aren't you? I met your brother George a few days ago. So you run a charitable foundation." A series of questions to answer. It seems Adrian is not trusted at all by his brother.
"No, I'm not the manager of a charitable foundation. My position is now a trade attache for Canada, now I also handle Retail Local Market. My name is Gilbert Gillian. Nice to meet you Mr. Jacob." Now I'm betting he doesn't know anything about the collisions and the lot rent I'm holding.
"Ohh you're the CEO of Local Market, governments are opening up all over the country, and you've got incredible funds and assets under management. But what does that have to do with Adrian, why would he give you 10 million dollars?" It seems he doesn't know about this.
"Actually your man Mark Humphrey who gave me 10 million dollars, he blocked my retail land lease and sold it again under threat of violence, everyone has to buy it. I admit your man has good claws, but if he comes face to face with me I won't let him and he's attempted murder by having people crash into my car. Kylie was treated a week for it. I'm not going to return those 10 million. That's it, but like Kylie said it's little money for you." He looked at Adrian.
