Earlier in the week I went to the central US & central areas, these central cities were severely affected when this infection had a lot of problems with gangs that were being capitalized on by people who still had a lot of money.
Although the government has set many rules to restore order, they also have many ways to avoid it.
The staff report found that the facelitas of the shops we open for public interest in the region are mostly controlled by some large financiers and they rent them back to their actual users.
"Why can they control everything?" All the middle branch heads were now gathered for a meeting.
"We only knew when the merchant had traded Sir, when we sold the rental lot, we were quite surprised at first the lot quickly ran out in this central region. It was only after traders started trading that we got this story. So they are threatened not to buy their own rent, people in the sales department have been bribed by them. Only people who are already registered as scalpers can buy."
"It's happening in all the middle areas?"
"South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, and others, almost all, exceptions are just Texas, Dallas and Arkansas. We don't find a case like this." Now the problem that's causing the headache.
"Is this caused by one person? Or there are some groups that work this way."

“He's right sir, but we can't prove this. We heard only the news and rumors that they were involved, there were a few more rumors who the person behind this but the two most reported are these two people.”
“You know how much power these two groups.”
“They boasted that their businesses and members have the power of thousands of people in every state. This seems to be the same as the mafia type of operation, they are looking for members, most of the lower members have jobs asking for security money either blatantly or secretly. On top of that there are businesses they run. On top of that again there must be a big boss who can out the money if there is an opportunity like this, even if it is run by his accomplices.”
