THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE

THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE
Part 76's. Jacob Russell 4

"It seems like a special place for you." The girl smiled a little.

"Yes." Yeah." He replied with eyes still looking at the scene in front of him as if he wanted to repeat the memories he had once remembered. He only answered short while we ordered the drinks we wanted.

"I have someone my parents didn't approve of before, but I may still remember that now."

"Ohh yeah where is he now."

"He's married, and he's a soldier like you. But he does not have a high rank or background like you. He's just from a regular family." He had a former soldier.

"That's surprising. I never thought you'd have a love story like that."

"Why? You think I'm the girl who saw the Forbes list too?" She smiled at me a little. "I've known him since high school so I trust him of course. We dated here a few times. One time on my birthday so this place is special to me." He continued the story of that special man in his heart.

"That's what it looks like."

"I know how hard it is to be a soldier, to train, I won't insult you even if you're a commander or a captain."

"Maybe you're not but your parents aren't necessarily." He's grimacing now.

"Yes, that's the problem." The drinks we ordered reached our table. He finished half of his glass quickly.

"Are you driving alone, don't plan on getting drunk." Now I remind him. But he looked at the remaining half of the glass.

"When I miss my captain this way, drink the best. The general took me home okay. I just want a drink. My apartment's not far from here." He mentioned an apartment I knew.

"All right, I'm driving you. But you still have to be able to walk alone to your unit. I'm not gonna ride you." Now he's chuckling now.

"Please don't go half way to General Gillian."

"Can't you have to walk alone." He ordered his second glass.

"Yes maybe we're separated, his family expects him to stay in Canada, while I myself wish he could move here."

"It's a dilemma."

"Yes, that's it."

Now based on similarities we have a story that is almost the same agreed upon family we can chat at length tonight. I don't mind spending time talking to him and driving him home.

"Thank you for taking me, I can still walk straight now."

"I doubt it. I'll take you upstairs. If you sleep in an apartment hallway, it'll make unnecessary news." He laughed as we walked to the parking lot.

The streets were quite empty because it was already night. We still talk at length. But then I realized something, apparently I was followed by a black car.

"We seem to be being followed?"

"What's? Followed?" Kylie looked behind us.

"Wear your seatbelt."

My eyes were watching the car that followed us on the already quiet streets. But just then a car from the side hit us hard from the driver's side.

The car I was carrying was well-safety and could survive side-collisions. But the hard collision must have made a wound, my head immediately dizzy hit by the impact of the collision, thankfully not plus the impact of the airbag, because if hit from the side of the air bag will not inflate. Decit tyres later said that the car was gone immediately after it hit us.

But Kylie didn't even wear a seat belt? Did briefly?! I looked to the side immediately with fear.

"Kylie?!" His hand held his head that was already soaked with blood! It's grim! "Kylie!" And he seems half conscious?!
