THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE

THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE
Part 139's. Rebel

“Emergency standby. There's one victim exposed infected, 40 miles from here. In an hour will soon be up.” A notification suddenly came to us.

“Exposure infected?” I immediately responded. “We need prepare red zone immediately.”

“Good Doc, security will be ready in 30 minutes.”

Safer red zone protocols, since the incident of Jen being attacked by an infected accident we updated the protocol even more strictly, nurses must be accompanied by security in handling the exposure all the time. Entry must not be alone, supervised by a 24-hour camera, separate rooms from the main building and only have one access, security rooms for staff, automatic locking protocols if one suppresses the danger sign.

I went to Emergency.

“Jen.” He's still in his shift this afternoon.

“Iya?”

“Enable red zone. They will be up to approximately one hour.”

“Understanding.” She's an experienced nurse who is incharge and will oversee the red zone. While the work in the ER will be handled by two representatives. “Martha, no red zone activation.”

“Red zone?! Fine Jen. Alice and I take over ER.”

I rushed to the special building devoted to the red zone. Moments like this I've always worried about his safety. Although now there is a cure, but its success has not been tested 100%.

"There's a red zone? Means someone's been exposed to the infection." Michelle came in excited.

"Yes, in less than an hour it should be up." This is why he was sent here. He rushed off somewhere.

"Michelle where? There is a security briefing before getting into the task.

"Yes I won't be long."

"Security briefing in 15 minutes all red zone personnel!" Tom gave the order to the 20 personnel involved in the core group, Michelle should have heard the order.

If the situation worsens then we can ask for the addition of more than 20 people.

"Why not 1, who is not present?"

"I think Michelle?"

"We don't have time anymore. Where is he?" No one knows where the girl is.

That brief briefing then began in Michelle's absence. Tom seemed annoyed by one person who was not present. Obviously, the girl heard what he said.

And five minutes after the briefing, the girl showed up with a stack of documents. While stepping slowly looking at his phone.

"Michelle, didn't you hear me ask for a security briefing?!" Tom had ruffled his waist seeing the girl didn't care about his words.

"I have a job for a while. I'm not a security team anyway. Why wait for me?"

"I don't care what you do, you're in the red zone! If you want to survive obey the rules here. If I say show up here, you should show up! It's for your own life! Understand that! Now sit down and listen to your briefing! once again I ask for a briefing you are not present I revoke your access!"

Michelle looked at him in annoyance before being seen forced to sit in the briefing room.

"You're upset with me? Get your access card." I let Tom do it because it's his job, no one wants to take responsibility for the lives of people who don't want to follow security procedures.

"Doctor James, I was sent here for a research project, not a security briefing." This woman is hard to manage.

"Ohh Tom is right, you better get your access card. There's no point in putting in someone who doesn't follow security instructions. You're just being a burden to others and endangering others."

"Your party." Tom asked for his access card.

"I was wrong, I'm sorry captain. I'll follow your briefing." He finally gave up too.

"I'm warning you, this is 2x you're underestimating security rules, you're breaking security protocols again, you don't have access to these areas."

Looks like this is gonna be a long briefing, I'll let Tom take care of the rebellious girl.
