THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE

THE BATTLEFIELD OF LOVE
Part 39's. First Target

Andrew's team reached their first target city with helicopters, setting their sights on Arkansas, the largest food factory complex of the Tyson network in Springdale, Arkansas 150 miles northeast of Harryetta.

Springdale is the fourth largest city in Arkansas. One of the cities with the most important industry specifications in the American central zone. But the city was also hit by the first initial impact of a pandemic explosion, in just two weeks since the first case of Springdale was designated a black zone and 60 thousand residents were sporadically displaced, some occupy pockets of refugee zones in places outside Springdale. It is estimated that more than 10,000 victims fell here. This city is a very dangerous city.

And the plant is thought to be the region's first source of transmission. Parasites in the meat processing section, became the first source of infection.

Andrew took his 12-man team, they landed at eight in the morning. Hope they can finish at least two trucks if there is food supply there.

There are 6 people who are special forces the rest are civilians and one military mechanic to help them if there is a problem with transport. They were deployed in 2 helicopters carrying them. They were immediately dropped off at the factory complex, reportedly the factory is empty, but abandoned for two months anything can happen.

There should be a large amount of canned food that can be used as a source of food while the shelter. There are thousands of shelters and safe cities spread across America, each shelter must be independent as soon as possible until it is safe. While the agricultural area must be immediately operational so that everyone has food stocks.

The area chosen for the landing looks clean, the large parking lot is only filled with dozens of parked trucks.

“Not seen anything here..” Andrew and De Angelo looked around. They opened the factory map they got.

“Bring the mechanic and Hendry, Paul is with you to turn on the power grid. We will check and make sure these trucks operate.” Andrew gave orders to De Angelo.

“Luc,Hendry,Paul, come we will turn on the power grid.”

De Angelo and his team are moving north of the sector where there are power plant generators and power grids. One building is a complex power grid containing dozens of industrial generators that supply the energy needs of this large complex.

There was no sign of life they found as they walked in standby formation down the streets to the northern area. They walked observing the surrounding area in silence as these zombies instinctively moved in search of prey with other than sight.

“This is the building where the generator is.” De Angelo looked into the location plan they got.

The door seems locked. It's an iron door.

“We need Paul.” explosive  Soldiers named Paul carrying special explosives for the break-in set C4 explosives on the door and shortly afterwards they prepared for a bang.

“Paul, you stay tuned, the voice may have caused something.” The area was quite roomy, there was time to cope with whatever would come their way.

A soldier engineer named Hendry kicked the broken iron door. They checked the situation, there was light coming in, even though there was no electricity fortunately. There is a power grid scheme. He read it for a while, before taking notes on his notes.
