“Yes, only one person and only him in the entourage were not hit. I can just tell you now, after all the emergency patients are handled.”
“Then we find him now.” Doctor Xavier leads the way.
“Doctor Xavier, don't we have to tell the camp where they came from probably the food and drink from that camp in Springdale.

“I'm Simon Lam. Refugees who just arrived this morning.” He immediately introduced himself. “But I'm not sick, you can check, I'm really not sick..” Maybe he's afraid we're tasting him as infected as well because he's from the same camp.
“You know the friends who came with you are all infected?”
“I'm guessing they are indeed infected, because their fever and eyes are all a little red, but I don't dare say anything.” He's stopped. “What they have..”

That makes sense. Although it will not necessarily work against those who enter directly into the bloodstream but there is a chance they can do it.

"Thank you Simon." We all came back later. And I have to come back here for a blood sample, test if he's positive or negative.
"I need to talk to a CDC researcher right away." Doctor Xavier is back in his office. I eagerly returned to the lab and retrieved the equipment I needed.
