"I'm gonna have to bring in the man I hate in a few days..."
"You mean bring in people you hate." I told him from start to finish what happened 6 years ago and what's going on now with that beautiful woman named Laura.
"He asked you to come just to be his friends' laughingstock?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Even you know him from the family, why did he get to do that?"
"Somehow, maybe he was just using me to attract other people, or he was sharpening his nails at the time. He knows it himself."
"Then what are you doing?"
"To return, he must apologize to me and my family. Although I didn't tell my mom and dad, but all my sisters know what's going on."
"Hmm. You're sure he's not trying to seduce you. Or maybe he's trying a way you can't resist. Didn't you ever say she was a beautiful General." I laughed, wonder woman this might be a little jealous.
"I've met a lot of beautiful women since my teenage wonder woman. What kind of temptation have I not taken advantage of."
"Unutilized? You're that bastard." I laughed at his insinuations.
"I had some good times, . I confess to you. I wasn't that straight back then, but now that I'm too bored, especially since the incident with Laura, I don't think it's any good that I've filled my life with taking care of women. So if you happen to see him later in Montreal don't get jealous, he won't try to seduce me I guess but who knows what he's gonna do."
"Yes fine."
And now I'm on a flight to Montreal. I was in business class, he was bought business class by his father. And my team's in economy class. When I entered I had to sit with him on the flight that morning. And the business flight was full, I couldn't ask for a seat change.
I don't care much about him, letting go of anything he wants to do. Even check in we split up. I'm waiting with my team and he's a stranger.
"You don't want to sit with me?"
"It's so arrogant."
"I don't have a queue number to talk to you Miss Laura Shields, you don't remember your friend's words. Ohh yeah, your friends on that list, you don't have a good relationship with them? Why did you borrow from us later."
"I'm not borrowing from you." I laughed, the logic of where it was when he said their name and company. Even though the company was managed by my brother, it was still my family name.
"Why are you such a bitch."
"You're the one who sucks should get your family to me I guess."
"My shitty father, I got a lot of better men chasing me."
"That's great, take them to your father so you're free from meeting me. Wouldn't they be better off you say."
"They are better."
This coachman debate becomes entertainment sometimes. Facing this stubborn, tall-hearted and self-willing woman feels funny.
"Ahh I seem to know what happened, maybe now you've been considered thrown from the Top 2000 right? You don't have a ticket to join them either." Now I laugh. Realizing what happened to his group of friends who once insulted me.
He didn't answer me, which means it's true.
"What kind of friendship is it, so futile."
"It's none of your business."
It's really none of my business.
