I had to get involved with Gilbert this month, pretending to be his 'close friend'. I had to have dinner with him a few times. Even though I don't have to talk in my room anymore.

"James still hasn't changed his attitude?"

"Rosie still hopes for you?" I changed to ask him.
"I guess he already knew he had to back down on our terms."

"I heard you exceeded the target. Congratulations on that. You must be happy to exceed the given target.
"Yes, a lot of support, all working together, including your part as well. And you too..."

"Yes.yes, you take everything into account." I was curious about people like this. "So you have someone? Or are you waiting for a senator's daughter or a general's daughter maybe?"
"I doubt that. Maybe he just felt guilty about me. Did he get a promotion from Hot Spring?"

Someone was sitting next to me. I think one of Gilbert's Commanders or staff. But it was James.
"Doctor James, you just happened to join." Why he joined here. He never wanted to interfere when I was with Gilbert.
"Am I bothering you?" James asked immediately, but in a casual tone.
"No, of course not. Let's eat together." I'm waiting for him to join us, what he wants to talk about.
"Ehm. He's just helping you get rid of Rosie who's after you?" Right direct question shooting at his target.
A question made Gilbert and I take a look. So all this time he knew. How could he know?! But then Gilbert smiled at me.
"actually no. He's just helping me get rid of Rosie. I don't think you know, it seems you're a caring sister and know who your sister is."
"He wouldn't be so stupid as to trap himself in the same case twice. If he's stuck, I'll scold him all out." What does this mean? James knows, and he let me. Does this mean there is still a chance for us.
"Do you know why he did that?" Now Gilbert asked Andrew. "The one in front of me has shed a lot of tears." Gilbert laughs.
