"I want to go to DC." I called Gilbert on the way to the airport.
"You mean now or when?" I had no plans to go there, but the fight with Mom was stressful for me.
"Now."
"Why sudden? Didn't you tell me you wanted to come here?"
"I had a fight with Mom, I just wanted to go."
"Because of me?"
"Because of that stupid match! They think I'm a soulless doll!" Lulukan. I didn't expect Mom to comply with Andrew's mother's request. Doesn't he think about my feelings.
"Is it okay if you go like this, doesn't this make things worse?"
"I don't care, I just want to go and see you."
"Alright, come. I might be home a little late. I still have an obligation to visit Kylie. You're okay if you wait a minute, I'll try to find a reason to leave quickly. You have dinner first okay."
"It's okay, as long as we meet."
"Alright, let me know if you've landed okay. Be careful on the way."
I arrived at Gilbert's apartment at 8 p.m. Dinner alone at the airport because he has to visit Kylie every night. I knew he had a hard time too I had no problem waiting for him patiently.
I waited in his lobby, while he tried to find an excuse so he could come back as soon as possible.
Half an hour was short when I could see her again. He walked quickly into the lobby and saw me waving at him. A warm smile greeted me, making me smile at him.
"I miss you too. You okay?"
"I'm just depressed. Now that I see you, I feel fine." A kiss on my forehead made me know she felt the same way. This long distance relationship was heavy with all the rejections around us and we could only meet each other this way to strengthen each other.
"Let's just go upstairs." He took off his arms and grabbed my shoulders, we walked together upwards.
"I don't think I've seen you in a long time." I returned her close embrace while walking immediately. We walk together, it feels so precious because we rarely get to meet.
"I'm glad you decided to come here.It feels like a really sweet surprise this weekend. You must be tired..." She pulled me into her lap and hugged me like a child, I just curled up to enjoy her arms again when we could sit together.
"I'm so upset, your sister and my mother pressured me so much without caring how I felt. I miss you."
"I should have done something for you. Maybe I should talk openly with your family."
"No, you did everything right. Only they can force me to know our relationship."
"I should have gone there and explained our relationship to your own family."
"No, it's free. They just want to get me on a date with Andrew, that's what Andrew's mom wants. It's just free for you to go there. But in the last conversation it seems Mom didn't dare to press me any further."
"What about your brother?"
"I think she and Mom are the same, they just feel like they know Uncle David's family, and think I should be with him."
"Andrew himself?"
"He knew I only considered him a brother. Yes, I was touched that he did. He's so nice to me, he doesn't even force anything." Gillian looked at.
"Don't fall in love with her. You're mine..." His embrace tightened now, I smiled with a flash of his jealousy.
