Part 97's. Acceptances
I met Mom today, after she sent Monica to check on me now she's coming to the apartment.
"You haven't been to Mama's house in a long time, are you still mad at Mama?"
"No, I've been busy lately. Mama wants dinner, we can eat out." I invited him to dinner together. And it seems he's trying not to bring Andrew any more trouble now.
He didn't say anything about Andrew until we finished dinner. I was finally curious.
"Mommy didn't talk about Andrew again?" Mama saw.
"Why are you asking? Have you changed your mind?"
"No, I just thought Mama changed her mind."
"Mama just wants the best for you. Andrew Mama knows well, he loves you most of all, our family is very close. Mama just thinks she's a perfect fit to be your partner and feels at ease with her. But Mama knows like you said the heart can't be forced, maybe Mama is too much pressure on you. Mama's sorry."
I see Mama retreating now, it seems she knows she can't force this.
"I'm sorry Mom, I'm happy with what I'm doing right now with the people I love. Hasn't he helped us a lot."
"Yes Mom knows. Never mind, just go for what you want. Mom can only pray for you to be happy."
"Did Albert say something about our relationship?" If Mom had given it to me, now might have to convince Albert.
Mom kindly gave me advice, I agree not right now talk to Andrew, I have to focus on helping him now. Show me a good sister.
"Maybe you could help me match Monica with Andrew, my beautiful sister likes Andrew?"
"What's? Does Monica like Andrew? You're not wrong?"
"No, Mom can ask Monica herself. Isn't that nice, but I don't know maybe Monica should have the courage to work on it a little, she didn't talk to Andrew very often. Maybe just at the annual event."
"Mom never thought, all this time Monica's lover no one had a background like Andrew. It's a nice surprise." Just like me who never thought Monica could have feelings for Andrew who always had that serious nature.
"You're right, Mom, I didn't expect it either. But that's good, isn't it?" Mom seems happy.
"Well, that's good, Mom agrees of course if Monica is no longer venturing to Europe and the US, focus more on working here."
"Yes he can accompany you here."
Maybe Andrew and Monica can succeed with the support of our parents. I'm also happy if their relationship is working.
Since Mom was no longer against us, I was rather calm. Just help Andrew to the best of his ability so he doesn't feel like I'm leaving him.
If it's true Monica can be with Andrew, our family at least has Monica who can take over the role in politics. Albert won't feel alone here.
