Alex is back home. He didn't realize how upset he was until he saw Rover running into a corner of the room. He thought he had closed the door to his room in the usual way. Apparently, his voice was so loud that the black rottweiler blurred. Now, he ignored the surroundings and walked quickly to the computer desk.
Since joining Special Force, Alex hasn't had much time wandering around as Killer Bee. Now was the chance for him to test when he was still adept at using his forbidden hobby.
He used to think that this hobby was just cool. Now he realizes that hacking is very useful. When the lights of his room were off, three pairs of screens were lit at the same time. They have one big thing in common, the yellow bee symbol on the left side. The first screen plays the highway surveillance camera footage. The second screen shows a list of criminal names following their faces. The third screen shows news, conversations, and everything he can get from a dark place on the internet.
Not for an hour, Alex has got the name of the driver and his background. He was known by the name Rocky, like his teacher. It's not a real name, it's just a nickname. Rocky once joined the army, stood guard on the front lines, then suffered severe injuries to his legs. Now, he's pushing the steering wheel to join the criminals.
Alex glanced at the black bracelet in the corner of the table. The black bracelet is next to the bullet-shaped combat uniform Jayden gave it. Before leaving the command room, Alex retrieves the bracelet from Jayden's desk. The young man intended to make it just a display. But Alex has other plans.
If he wants to act unnoticed, he needs a helmet. The prototype uniform answered his needs. He's got combat uniforms, rockets, weapons - even if it's just a regular-gun, and also Dragon Blood. He can act alone.
The action may be considered a form of disobedience to the ICPA. Alex doesn't care. Basically, he never agreed to become a member of the ICPA. It all started with an accident. Even if you could choose, maybe Alex would choose to be Zetta Sonic. Right now, he just wants to save Jayden.
His mind was distracted when his phone vibrated. He saw a number he knew there. Doctor Vanessa. Alex wasn't sure why the doctor called her. It's only natural that the woman heard the story of Jayden's kidnapping. Alex doesn't understand the doctor's reasons. Vanessa called. But, he did not want to talk to anyone at this moment. Especially if you imagine Nadira telling you to call her. Nadira mistakenly thought Alex would take the call.
Ignoring his phone, Alex gets ready. His opponent must realize that he has kidnapped the wrong person,
Alex activates the combat uniform in front of the mirror. He wondered how he looked. When the bracelet stuck to his skin, Zet-Arm reacted. Both are connected without problems. Zet-Arm reads Alex's mind and brings up his combat uniform.
He saw black hexagon pieces creeping out of the bracelet. They moved to fill his body until there was not a single empty side. Including his head. Alex stared at the figure dressed in all black. They follow the curves of his body well instead of the curves of his clothes. Stick with a little touch similar to a suit and belt. Best part, Alex didn't see a single green line. There is also no sign of ICPA or Zetta Sonic identifiers there. The black uniform is still plain. Alex smiled even though he could not see his reflection in the mirror.
Once again, he tried to recall what Jayden and Tiger had said regarding both uniforms. This uniform is a prototype, can be worn repeatedly, but fragile. That is, he should avoid all the fights. If it gets shot, it will make no difference to wear a combat uniform or not. While the other uniform is very similar to the usual uniform worn. Unfortunately, the uniform can only be worn once.
Nah!
Alex didn't want to wear the uniform a second time. He wants to get everything right. Right now too. Next, Alex is tiptoed. He found his phone back on call. However, that was not the reason for the surprise. But the name and the face are there. That's dad.
Dad called her at an amazingly inopportune time. Alex even thinks that his father knew Jayden was kidnapped and that he was Zetta Sonic. Shrugging off his doubts, Alex receives a call.
“Hai, dad.” More and more, Alex finds herself getting stiffer when talking to dad. It was as if his lips were not cooperating properly. All of his words were as if the answer was from an automatic machine.
[I want to ask you about Stallion.]
Alex patted his forehead or rather the black helmet that had covered him. “Kuda,” he said slowly. “Daddy seriously want to keep horses here?” Their manor is big, but Alex sure isn't big enough for the horse and the stall. After all, they lived in a city not a suburb.
[You'd rather I keep a horse at home?]
“No.” Alex wasn't sure where they were going. He now doubts whether his father is talking about real horses or horse statues as additional ornaments of manor. Honestly, he forgot to send a message to Dad.
[Preston may have forgotten the details.]
“She just asked me if I like horses or not.”
[Oh. Alright. It would be a surprise then.]
As Alex recalls, he once rode a horse with his father either on the farm which, somehow on which vacation. Even so, he remembered the wind that hit and the excitement that arose. The feeling is different from flying. Alex enjoyed it too. “Well, I like horses. If you want to keep a horse, I think it's okay.”
[Alright.]
Alex let the conversation end there. He didn't really want to know what his father meant. Not necessary. He wants to go to the port. Alex did not even give a place of doubt entrenched in his heart. He wanted to find out the truth of the video footage. If Nadira doesn't act, he will.
Alex went out, into the backyard. He doesn't need to avoid his own surveillance cameras. Everything is in his control. No one will know it flew in from the backyard that night. Clear skies, slow breezes, cool air. Ideal conditions for flying. His brain played the voice recording of a commercial airplane pilot. This time he's the pilot. The goal is clear even though there is no shadow of anything that will wait there.
Tonight's flight will never be forgotten. He knows.
