The Zetta Sonic

The Zetta Sonic
Quite Morning's

A beautiful morning, as always. It was Alex's mind until he realized that day was wrong. So wrong.

A few hours ago, Alex was still in the room. He enjoyed tea from Preston, ate breakfast with his parents in an awkward state, then took a car to his school.

Upon arriving at school, he sees Leta. They exchanged looks and smiles. Zet-Arm started to act. The black bracelet twinkled. He let out an odd and disturbing sound like an alarm clock, only slower. Alex doesn't understand that much. He walked back into the building.

He saw Willy. They walked to class talking about the gala dinner last night. Alex skips over the part where there are strangers trying to tinker with his food. Zet-Arm is back.

“What is it?” Willy walked beside her. “Why with your watch?”

Alex frowning. He had never seen Zet-Arm like that. There was a red flag and a warning there. “May be stuck.”

“You forgot to turn off the alarm?” Willy chuckles.

Alex forced a small laugh. “Maybe. I mean, it shouldn't. This is not common.”

Alex walks while trying to make a move on Zet-Arm. This was the umpteenth time Zet-Arm blinked again. The sound began to attract the attention of the students around him as well. Their eyes followed Alex. Alex himself had read through the warning. Quite simple. It: Entering dangerous areas. That'sallthatis.

“Maybe short,” Willy said again.

“It seems so, I have to contact the service center after school. It's quite disturbing.” Alex took the phone. He rushes to send Jayden a message. If Zet-Arm does, he'll have to take him to Jayden.

“Still warranty?”

“Seems not.” Alex finished texting. He shook his left wrist. Zet-Arm was silent at the time. However, Alex still does not like the warnings.

The warning is not continuous. Sometimes the warnings are gone, sometimes they come up again. This time, his voice grew louder and did not go out. The deeper he walked into the school, the more disturbing the bracelet became. The red blinks faster and there are some warnings there. An unnatural thing. Alex is starting to get nervous. He stopped in the hallway, making Willy wonder.

“Now what?” asked Willy while frowning. The sound made her ears hurt.

Alex could not believe the notification that appeared on Zet-Arm at the time. Just like before. A simple notification. It contains: Activate combat uniforms. Although I don't understand what happened, Alex knows it's not right.

“Running!” exclaim Alex.

The students in the hallway looked at him in confusion.

Willy was right by his side even more. “What? What are you talking about?” His confusion turned to surprise when he saw black pieces filling his friend's body. He can only gawk, “Hey, what exactly—“

Willy could not continue his question. Alex did not answer either. The other students in the hallway also did not have time to run. They didn't get to do anything. Before his combat uniform is perfectly active, Alex catches red dots that suddenly appear in various places. In the outdoor garden, near the window frame, the bottom of the wall near the school pillars, on the ceiling, also many other places. A tiny button glowed red before it finally exploded.

Alex doesn't know what's really going on. He heard a powerful explosion from all sides. Reflexes, he pushes Willy to the ground, protecting his best friend from the impact of the explosion.

Who said a sunny day is a sign of a good day. The morning gave her an abnormal experience. That was the first time. The first feeling that arises is fear. His ears were buzzing violently, his body felt beaten from various sides, his heart was beating so fast as if it was going to come out of his body. She's afraid. Alex curled up over his best friend's body with his hands over his head.

It was the longest moment of his life. Alex gnashing. His eyes were watery and his face wet. His whole body was shaking. He could see the screen on the combat helmet was so foggy. The information provided is clearly visible. Triangle with red exclamation mark. Warning and warning.

“J... J...” Alex can't say much. His voice was shaking violently. He held back the crying. The whisper got no response from the Special Force headquarters.

Alex closed his eyes. He let the combat uniform system work. Slowly, his vision improved. The screen on the helmet helps it see more clearly. He saw dust and fire as well as debris and debris. The hallway he always passed through at school never looked like that. The wires dangled with the tip of the spark. There were wall fragments in many sizes as well as countless glass fragments. There were no lights on, only a blazing fire. Smells fucked. Alex could not tell which scent was charred, which was a foul scent.

Alex saw Willy. The boy was beside her. Willy did not move, his eyes closed, his chest up and down. His face was dirty with dust and sweat. Alex didn't know how long he had missed as he cowered in fear.

“Willy! Willy, wake! Please!” Alex shook his best friend's body slowly. Willy flinch. “Come, wakeup. Please.” Alex shook it again. “Come...” Willy still has no reaction.

Alex finally pulled his own body to sit down. He has a clearer vision. A scene he had never imagined was now a sight he would never forget. The other students of Wood Peak were lying on the floor. Injured, bleeding, having burns, some were even covered under large pieces of wall.

Alex's tears are flowing. He can't move. The fear froze him. School is poranda. The windows turned into big holes. The trellis is broken, the glass is shapeless. The long hallway was blocked by flames, chunks of walls, rolled and crushed vases, even pieces of door leaf.

For a moment, Alex forgot who he was. Dragon Blood is not in the Zetta Sonic. Fear paralyzes him. He could only sit, looking at all the chaos.

[Alex! Alex! Can you hear me?] Jayden's voice finally appeared. [I can't read your vital signs from here. Something's ruining the system. Alex, if you hear me, please answer.]

Alex flinching. He looked at Willy, looking back at his friends. Her tears are still flowing. Her lips could not answer.

[Alex! Alex, are you there?]

“...Yes.” Alex finally answered.

Jayden breathed heavily. [Oh my God! Thank goodness! How's condition? I'm still trying to fix the system here. I can't see what you're seeing yet. How's the condition there?]

Alex still can't answer.

[Alex? Alex, are you hurt? Alex?] Jayden waited a minute. When there was no answer from Alex, he knew he was in bad shape. [Alex, if you hear me, hold on! Help is on the way. Hang on!]

Alex couldn't respond much. He could only whisper. “Please..”.
