Tiger drove to the office. As usual, the place was filled with people in shirts and ties, not a few who wore suits. Tiger parked the car quite by the road, quite far from the cafe Hummingbird itself. The small cafe can only be seen when he uses binoculars.

Emil and Jayden have contacted Nadira. The woman did not bother. He wants to help Caitlin if her former agent is in trouble. He also didn't want the Special Force to go into a trap. In essence, Nadira wanted Tiger to just check without actually showing a face. They had learned the Baron's secret. Capturing it is another story.

Caitlin got up from her chair. He walked leisurely leaving the building area. The conditions are not so crowded, it tends to be quiet. It's not lunchtime yet. Most office workers are still struggling with their jobs. Caitlin stepped on the sidewalk then finally chose an empty chair and sat down.

“Do you think I should go there now before he leaves?”

They saw another man carrying a large paper bag approaching Caitlin. Caitlin stood up, took the bag. They chatted for a while, nodded at each other, then the man left. Caitlin sat back down to enjoy her coffee and cake in the paper bag of the cafe.

Tiger waited for a few minutes before he finally got out of the car. Different from usual, Tiger wore after black. If he was driving that fancy black sedan, he would also have to wear matching clothes. Instead of being a professional worker, Tiger prefers to wear driver's clothes. He even wears a hat.

After five minutes, Tiger came down. He walked quickly towards the trash. His hands picked up a cigarette and started to suck. From the earpiece in his ear, he heard Jayden comment.

His eyes watched around then glanced towards the plants behind him. He doesn't have to spend his cigarettes. As soon as he reflected the thick smoke, Tiger threw away the cigarette, and took the white matter from among the plants.

Tiger got back in the car and started the engine. Inside the white packet, he saw a chip. If Emil or Jayden were there, they would be able to check it out right away. Unfortunately, the two are currently at the base.

“What did you say? Should I take him to the Special Force headquarters or to the ICPA headquarters?” tiger asked while driving the car.

[You kidding? Take it home to base. There is no place safer than our own headquarters at this time.]

Tiger was driving fast as usual. Upon arrival at the headquarters, Jayden and Emil conduct an examination. Just in case, they checked the contents of the chip using the Flip Board instead of computers connected to the entire network of Special Force headquarters.

Then a video appeared. Some people wore thick clothes like astronauts pouring liquid into a large basin. Next, the men stuffed the white rat into it. In a matter of seconds, the mouse floated with a pale-black body.

“What is it?” Tiger frowned. “What is poison?”

Emil shrug. “If it's Dragon Blood. The water failed completely. There are no monsters. There are only corpses.”

There are more files, world maps, subway lines, power plants, and rivers flowing into the sea, including the reservoirs where they are today. The files are complete with pictures and detailed information.

Jayden took a deep breath. “Friends, I think Caitlin just gave us a leak of Baron's next evil plan.”

Tiger was still frowning. “Dan, it is?”

“Poisoning all water in capital.”
