[No! Heart target!] Doctor Vanessa chimed. [Dragon Blood might be able to strengthen one's body even make it regenerate. But, I don't think he's capable of changing any important organ in a person's body.] There was a short pause until Vanessa's doctor added. [Maybe. I mean, that's just my thinking.]

“Layak tried,” says Alex.

Seeing that, Alex was horrified. As Jason moved closer to join the attack, Alex hurriedly gave him orders to stay away. He doesn't need any attack help from Jason. The attack is much lower than the ICPA's drone. He needs Jason to give him a broad view.

Damon laughed as the unmanned machine crashed. He looked around, looking for where his opponent was. Quickly, his eyes found Alex's figure in a black uniform. Alex is on his way. Damon grinning. He wants it too. Meeting in the air was inevitable.

Alex fired a laser from his gun. Damon dodged easily. The wings are almost perfect at the moment. He could swerve in the air well. The closer they get, the harder Alex can shoot his opponent. Avoiding the collision, Alex gets on. Damon flew close behind him. The monster's hands were constantly trying to reach Alex. No matter how fast the rocket pushes, he can't get away from Damon.

Alex flew low this time. He approached the surface of the snowy ground that continued to decline beneath him. The slope has a leg section covered by spruce trees and large rocks. He hoped to make his opponent difficult. His opponent understood that very well.

Damon flapped his big wings. He was no longer aiming for the legs or arms of the opponent, this time he was aiming for one of the wings on the rocket. Alex is moving fast but the opponent is faster. Damon's hand tore off his left wing.

What Alex knows next is a massive explosion that tilts him. He fired his rocket and dropped. His body rolled on the ground down and was rocky. The system inside the Zetta Sonic uniform roared with warning. Alex tried his hardest not to close his eyes. He needs a lead. His view was currently blurred, there were only gray and green as well as red warning lines. When he finally managed to stop, Alex realized that he was at the end of the abyss.

Alex's hand clasped the edge of the abyss slightly indented. His body hangs on the abyss itself. The trees had long left him. All around him was cold air. Deep below, a frozen river stretched. The sun is on the other side. His radiance pierced through the gray clouds, giving off a glimmer of warmth between the void. The sight stole his breath. Alex has no time to enjoy it.

Damon's near. The navigation system told him. He only had one good chance before Damon emerged from the top.

That face is no longer a human face. The open canine teeth and the roar of pain are also not human. Even the flowing blood was no longer as red as human blood. I don't know what human parts are left of Damon when Alex's sword penetrates his monster's body.

Damon squirmed helplessly. He can't pack anymore. His body feels heavy. Gravity pulled him down. His hands could only accomplish one thing. The opponent he wanted to finish off. Damon clasped Zetta Sonic's figure tightly, bringing him down.

Alex heard all sorts of exclamations from across the street. Vanessa's doctor's panicked voice, Fergus's screams, Tiger's instructions are more like a protest. Without a rocket, he could not escape. Alex knew he was falling from a height. He knew his back was breaking the frozen layer of the icy river. The uniform also knew that it was immersed in ice water.

If something is fixed by Fergus and the ICPA team, it must be about the gap in the Zetta Sonic uniform. The cold water did not touch Alex's skin even though the cold felt so piercing. There's oxygen Alex can still get, even if it's very minimal. At least his oxygen supply was enough to escape.

Alex refuses to give up, let alone be defeated by a monster like Damon. His hand pushed the opponent away. His feet kicked with all their might, bringing him back to the surface. Alex swims away from Damon, who continues to drown in darkness.

Both of his palms touched the frozen surface. Alex closed his eyes as the power from Dragon Blood burst into him. A green glint filled his eyes that were closed. Hot air gushed from his palm. The power was strengthened, destroying whatever Alex touched. As soon as the faint airflow was felt, Alex pushed himself up. His head poked on the surface of the ice water while his hands searched for an ice surface that could be climbed. With a little effort and a lot of encouragement from across it, Alex manages to plop himself onto the snowy ground.

Alex shivers. He lifted his head, looked at the surface of the ice river, saw how far he had managed to swim to the surface and walked up to the edge. “A— A— What I— me— did— kan— it— ba— just now..” Her voice vibrates by cold.

[Excellent work, boy.] Tiger's praise was heard by Fergus' applause. [Now come back here and I'll get you some hot chocolate.]

Alex tried to smile with her lips still shaking.

Tiger added. [Your plane is heading to your place. This time, you can sleep on the way.]
