Alex could've made excuses for not going to school. Many reasons. Pain is not one of them. His mind was as chaotic as his body. He had already gotten enough rest the night. His physical and mental state are much better now. Even so, the condition is quite different from the usual condition of Alex.

The real reason why he couldn't just run away from school wasn't because Alex lost his lying skills. His head could make a thousand excuses not to enter that day other than because his body was a bit feverish. But it is because of the great presentation that will determine its value and its friends. Group presentations.

For the first time since seeing their new teacher, Alex knew that Melodiza would give him trouble. He just didn't expect it to be a group assignment. This new teacher utilizes the school's information network with good delay. Not only could he have them gather assignments online. He can even add tasks without needing to come to class. The problem again, the task determines the presentation is quite large.

Alex's mind floated during the trip. The driver even had to remind Alex that they had arrived at school. Alex walks as usual in the corridor, throws a smile at Leta, has a casual chat with Willy. Deep down, she knew she wasn't supposed to be there. Alex was deep in thought devising a plan. He found out what he had to prepare to do the search again.

But, before being able to do so, Alex is faced with a big task. Group tasks. Their new teacher is much more complicated than Alex originally thought. He does not hesitate to give bad value to all members of the group if there are those who do not enter during the presentation. The point is, at this time Alex can not escape, at least until the lesson hours. He can hold out until noon. After that, Alex could escape. That thought.

The thought could have come true if only the teacher had not acted again.

Last time, their job was to make a presentation about the war going on. They were free to choose war from any country on the continent of Sinde. They are also free to make presentations in various formats. Combining movie cuts and a bit of voice over, Alex's group presentation was the best. Not a surprise thing. Alex often gets the highest grades in class as does his group. Plus this time there is Leta in the group of four people. The girl really beautified their presentation video.

That's where the problem happens. Melodiza was so captivated by their video. He asked them to stay after school to make another video. Alex has something bad about it. He obviously didn't want to go home late for school. He wants to get home soon and find out more about Jayden's whereabouts.

Under such conditions, ICPA should be able to help. They have a way of getting him out of there. Starting from the connection to preparing various supporting things so that the school allows it out. Unfortunately, Alex has little choice but to follow their teacher's wishes. Again, his worth and his friends are at stake. Even worse than that, Leta was there. Alex doesn't know which one sucks better. Feeling awkward around Leta or making her favorite girl's grades bad.

Alex was pretty sure his day was going to end badly. So, it's a miracle when everything goes well. He could even arrive home earlier than he expected. On the way home, she sees an incoming call from doctor Vanessa. Again. And, Alex once again ignored it.

As soon as he got home, Alex rushed to the computer desk. He's looking for any material that could give him a clue as to Jayden's whereabouts.

Alex doesn't know where to start. The screen was filled with too much information. They just kept crammed the screen. In fact, he began to think of looking for an additional larger monitor screen in order to load all. His eyes were tired quickly. Tension helps drain his energy.

Speaking of energy, until that night the Zetta Sonic indicator showed no significant decline. He's a little calm. At least, the indicator is in the middle. Maybe he can still take some action when needed.

If the Special Force calls him, professor Otto might ask him to charge first. Alex tried not to question why no one had contacted him so far. Special Force system connected with Zet-Arm. Each member can access Alex's body condition through it. That is, it is likely that the Special Force knows he has used up quite a lot of energy.

Alex sighed while massaging his temple. Had he been Jayden, all this would have been done in an instant. The problem is, it's Jayden who's missing. In this position, it must be admitted that Killer Bee is nothing.

Next, Alex felt his fatigue was gone replaced by tension. He began to find strange writing. Then, a conversation that was no less awkward. It ended up on a site that gave him goosebumps. Not an organ selling site, nor a slave buying and selling site. Accidentally, he finds a hitman site.

Since joining the Special Force, Alex knows sooner or later that he will jump into meeting them. He just didn't expect that he would find any familiar names there. Call it like the name of state leaders, politicians, humanitarian activists, artists, and entrepreneurs. Among them, Alex finds the names of ICPA people.

Alex read his father's name there, Marcus Anthony Hill complete with home address and job as ICPA leader. The criminals know who his father is more than himself. His father is in danger as are he and his mother. Alex just never realized that before.

He also found Nadira's name even Jayden. At least, this second discovery made him a little relieved. If Jayden's name is still on the target list, it means he's alive. Jayden did not fall into the hands of the assassins but the hands of others. Could be worse, could be better.

The relief did not last long. Alex read another name. The name is included in the list of ten targets with the highest paid price. The name also made the list of the most desired targets. Alex does not know how the site works, how they determine the price, who put the name there, also who will pay if the target is successfully eliminated. He only knows one thing for sure. The name should never be heard by the world but only by criminals. Zetta Sonic was created to kill criminals.
