The Zetta Sonic

The Zetta Sonic
Invitations

At the same time, in a different place, Jayden realized exactly what Alex meant. It feels a little strange that the robot came to kill Honey Lemon. As far as Jayden's investigation, which is usually eighty percent accurate, the girl is no more dangerous than a kitten. He was not involved with any illegal drugs or dangerous sites. Same with his parents and close relatives.

It is more suitable if the robot came for Zetta Sonic.

At the factory, the Zetta Sonic ruffled their residence and forced them all to lose their hiding places. Under such conditions, the program would recognize the Zetta Sonic as a threat to be eradicated under their target.

Remember Jayden's theory. The main priority lies in the master's main orders. This command cannot be replaced online. It must be done manually directly on the robot. The second priority lies in the target. Sequence of the main target and then other targets. The third priority is not to get caught. Of the three priorities, Honey Lemon and Zetta Sonic may be second.

Jayden himself had finished sorting through the data they had obtained from the previous factory. He managed to get the design of several robot models as well as a series of famous names that might be targets. This discovery is certainly beyond Emil's discovery of robot shells and lists of names of abductees and shipping receipts.

Jayden sighed alone in his room. She's alone. A single light shone on the computer table with him. Emil is still busy with rocket plans. Professor's been busy with new data coming from Alex's fight last night. Doctor Vanessa paced from floor to floor, helping to examine this and that. Tiger will be in his place soon.

Charity events will take place day and tomorrow with different guests at each event. The possibility of the emergence of robots there is still there, it is quite large. Jayden wants Alex to sneak in there. He could have made a fake invitation. Making Alex want to come there is just another matter.

Jayden began checking the names of the guests who were coming that day. Some names will not change, just like their mayor and some representative names from the local government. Other names are different. There are artists, models, entrepreneurs, to celebrity chefs. Some names match those Jayden found.

The names could have been one of the robot factory shareholders, clients who had bought the goods, or indeed the target. Just like the list of abductees, the list of names of these people has no clear information. They share only one thing in common. Rich and potentially a target.

Given the number is not small, the robot must go back and forth to finish all the names. Again, if the names are indeed targets.

As Jayden sank into his thoughts, the door opened.

Tiger's in. He no longer wore a light brown uniform. He was wearing blue training pants and a regular white T-shirt. Alex is behind him. He hasn't changed clothes since he got home from camp. Still with a black hooded jacket and a white T-shirt.

Jayden turned the chair, welcoming his guest. “How do you think?”

“This headquarters looks great.” Alex answered the origin.

“And, this is the greatest room among others.” Jayden stood up from his chair.

With a single swipe of a button above the Flipad, all the lights in the room lit up, revealing the real condition. Jayden's computer desk takes up little space from the room. He's not alone anymore either. There is another computer table on the left side, smaller but no less sophisticated.

Jayden's computer desk had a pair of physical monitors, while the screen he was looking at was currently projected into the air. Just like a hologram, but it can be touched and moved. Jayden showed how he could touch the window on the hologram screen, hide it below, even throw it against a wall far in front of them. The window now turned gigantic the size of a wall.

Alex was amazed, half annoyed at having to admit he wanted to take the computer home with all his devices.

“Shock me!” alex's Pinta on Jayden. The room was large, also quite impermeable.

Jayden turned off the display screen on the wall in front of them. The room lights dimmed. Then, his hand picked up another window from the hologram screen, throwing it on the glass table. Exactly what was in Alex's shadow. The glass table is now turned into another hologram screen.

What is currently appearing is a map of the city. Alex plays his hand on top of the look. In an instant, his appearance turned into three dimensions. It's not as accurate as what's on the field. Enough to give an outline picture. For example, the city museum. Alex can zoom in easily, then rotate the building to get a clearer view.

Alex was amazed again. All ICPA technology always amazes him. Jayden stood beside him now with Tiger.

“You didn't tell him about Emil?” ask Tiger.

“Not yet. More importantly he knows what Emil.” is working on Jayden moved his fingers over the empty side, accessing a menu. He displayed a rocket design with a pair of large dragonfly-like wings, but these were white trapezoidal on each side. The rocket itself has two thrusters below and one thruster at the top. “You want to fly? We'll make you fly without a ticket.”

Alex's eyes were wide. His fingers twirled the image of the rocket without being able to say anything. He's very eager to try it.

Jayden continued. “As long as there is no problem, this rocket should be tried in an hour. It cannot be used for long distances like moving countries. But, if only from your house to school, it must be faster than taking a car.”

Alex still smiled broadly. Jayden can make his dream come true about flying. He began to think of other ideas that Jayden could come up with. Then, he realized something else. “Wait. You said in an hour? What the hell is this? You want to send me to a charity event at the city hall?”

“What else, genius?” Jayden moved to the other side of the table to the side of the paper bag on the chair. “By the way, the show will start at six. There is still a little time to dress up. We have also prepared a tuxedo for you.”

Alex folded his arms to the front of his chest. “I don't need to disguise myself as a waitress this time?”

“Not necessary. You know why this charity event was held for two days?” Jayden asked again. He took out a small box, then shifted it on the table in front of Alex. “Today's charity event is a highlight with a masquerade theme. All guests wear masks. You can be yourself this time.”

Alex flinched for a moment. His hand had opened the box, inside was a black mask with a fur decoration. Actually he wanted to show a face of annoyance because he had to go to the city hall, it turns out his face is not able to lie. Alex is smiling. All of this got him excited.

Seeing Alex happy, Jayden began to express a little problem behind the show. “Maybe later you will meet some people who are quite familiar. I suggest keeping a low profile.”

Alex knows what Jayden's warning means. “Who do you mean?”

“Gavin River and William Sims.”
