Nadira quite understand what can happen with the disappearance of Jayden from their side. If their opponents were so calculated, he should also understand that Nadira would not let his men there. Emil glanced back at him with his eyes that always loved me. To be honest, he had no interest at all in the past or anything about Tiger. The criminal record is quite clean, only decorated with ticket letters. It's very different with Jayden. “Not going. Don't worry,” said Emil briefly.

When Tiger was about to continue, he saw the arrival of an agent. The agent rushed to both. Without saying much, the agent left after handing Emil a large envelope.

“Lab results?” guess Tiger.

“Motion composition. The pier. Genetic engineering.” Emil gave a short sigh. “Someone is clearly trying to go back to ancient times.”

Nadira gets a report about the fight at the dock. An agent was sent to check. Without being told anything, they could all guess what was happening. Alex went there to find Jayden. However, whatever was waiting for him was definitely not good news. Fortunately, the power of Zetta Sonic can solve the problem.

“And, someone obviously managed to stop him.”

“This time.” Emil watched carefully the writing along with the numbers listed on the paper in the envelope earlier. Professor Otto himself helped them examine the composition. More crazy scientists these days. Professor Otto was only one of the prominent enough to join the Special Force.

“Someone tried to kill Sonic with that monster?”

Emil shakes. “Not. In my opinion.. It is more suitable called..”.

“Please?” guess Tiger.

Emil nodded. “Maybe someone wants to make fun of professor Otto. There may be a grudge against Nadira. Or, someone wants to give ICPA a lesson.” The two realize there's every reason to kidnap Jayden and kill Alex.

“You should warn him.”

“Who? Me?”

“You warned the boy.” Tiger avoided mentioning Alex by name. “He must be warned not to act rashly. We need to move as a team. Otherwise, everything could be worse.”

Emil speechless. His eyes were fixed on the paper. For a moment, he flinched uninterruptedly from Tiger. After returning the paper to the envelope, his hand closed the laptop. Emil turned to the big man beside him. “Company me.”

“Where?”

That was definitely the most ridiculous reason Tiger had ever heard. Hate to admit it, but it is indeed the only place that is not touched by any surveillance cameras and eavesdroppers. Emil made sure first that the toilet was empty. As if understanding what happened, Tiger instead put up a sign that the toilet was being cleaned right in front of the door.

“Now what?” Tiger crossed his hands.

“Professor Otto gave me a task. Secrets inside secrets.”

Tiger put his shoulders. Doesn't seem surprised at all. “Don't tell me you want to ask me for help now.”

Emil shakes. “I suspected it.”

Tiger immediately gawked. “Wait. I don't think I'm following this conversation very well. Who are you suspecting?”

Emil lowered his voice. “Professor. He wanted to understand Sonic better. Dragon Blood's. More than anyone.”

“You think he kidnapped Jayden?”

Emil shakes. “He who sent monsters.”

“Why did you tell me that? That's really stupid thinking. I quite agree that professor Otto is pretty crazy, but.Your thinking is really stupid.” Tiger scrunched his forehead. “I think you need a punch to wake up. Whoever kidnapped Jayden, also set a trap on the dock. If the professor made the monster, it means he kidnapped Jayden. Except..”

Emil took a step back before the real Tiger swung a punch. Even if he was pretty sure Tiger wouldn't hit him, there was no harm in keeping watch. “Except?” Emil fished for Tiger to continue his words earlier.

“Unless he doesn't move alone.” Tiger was silent after speaking.

“Subject research should be tested. Professor wants Sonic to evolve. More than anyone. He cares about his research. Not on criminality.”

“It remains crazy thinking,” says Tiger, “but feels starting to make sense.”

“Jayden can be killed.”

Emil's words didn't make Tiger stop frowning. “Okay, I don't understand that. Wh why? Because they never match each other?”

“For professors, the priority is on Sonic. Not Jayden. Jayden is just a tool. To push Alex. You see how he behaves? When Jayden is gone?”

Tiger sighs. “We need to talk to Nadira—”

“Do not!” sahut Emil fast. “This is just my thought. Anyway, maybe Nadira was suspicious.”

“How can it?”

“Motion composition. There were two reports. Not one. One from professor Otto. One more is not. Nadira has another officer check it out.”

Tiger rubbed his shaved head. “It's hard. How about forcing the professor to say where Jayden is if he himself wasn't even aware of having her kidnapped?”

“We wait,” said Emil. “Actually there is one more problem.”

Tiger frowned. “You gave me a headache.”

“Even with a hit man who can hypnotize people with his voice?”

“Melodiza.”

“He works at Wood Peak now. He must have suspected that Alex was Zetta Sonic. He's good at hiding traces. No more. I managed to hack his phone. At last. Now, we have to warn Alex.”

“Melodiza is no match for Sonic.”

“Indeed. But, what about Alex?”
