Alex could hear how Jayden was gasping. Had he been able to see his condition now, Jayden would have been no less panicked.

A two meter tall robot moved closer in the darkness. Its oblong head glistened bluish with a cross pattern. There was an electric spark there, destroying anything that dared to touch him, including the bee.

Alex doesn't need to be told. He knew clearly that it was the killer robot that was guarding the course of this transaction. He also did not need to be warned to escape. As soon as the robot approached, Alex immediately rolled. Because the place is quite narrow, Alex also hit the wall. At least it's better than getting shot by a robot.

Alex heard a commotion on the spa terrace. Oliver and the buyer were panicking. The two ran followed by two guards, while two more ran towards him. Alex would not want to have to run in the other direction. He could not return to the deck and involve the invited guests. So, he ran outwards, in a direction that went straight towards the alley he was through when he came earlier.

In addition to the commotion behind him, Alex also heard a commotion in the earphones. Jayden and Tiger storm. Tiger retreated for a while. Jayden sent a drone to monitor Alex's condition. Fortunately, they were able to monitor the location using radar. The Zet-Arm bracelet tells the colleagues where the position is.

Alex enters a dim alley. There, his steps slowed down. When he turned around, he could see the robot clearly. The robot was standing under the lamp. He has a human-like hand with five fingers but his legs are a single wheel instead of a pair of legs. The body is slender, almost like a skull but fatter.

As the hand stretched forward, each end of his fingers opened. That's pistol. From every hole, small bullets. Everything must have hit the target unless the target was like Alex.

Somehow, but the Dragon Blood within him reacted. It all started with a green light. The sight before Alex's eyes turned green for a split second. Then, the view slowed down. He saw every bullet that shot out following the thin smoke that accompanied. Actually, the robot's movement is not slowing down. Alex's movements are changing fast.

His legs brought him back faster than he had imagined. He can even jump up high to the back, passing through the trash cans following a row of motorcycles. All right, those who were the target of the robot's shot. Alex didn't have time to feel sorry for them. Two guards came running. They stopped behind the robot and started shooting.

Alex doesn't want to be pretentious here. But, Jayden's words felt so right for him. His doubts were still there, yet drowned by his adrenals. He moved forward knowing he could avoid every shot. The two guards' bullets could not even be said to be close to him. They missed out because Alex had moved ahead first.

He wants to kill the robot first. His hand caught the robot's hand. It's heavy, Alex knows. Dragon Blood knew more than him. He gave more than enough energy. Alex not only managed to pull the robot's hand, he managed to pull the robot's body from the ground. With one loud swing, the robot threw at the two guards.

One guard hurriedly dodged. One more hit and immediately did not move again on the tanh. The guard who managed to evade opened fire. Alex didn't know how he looked at the time. Whatever he looked like back then managed to make the guard look at him in fear. Especially when Alex has jumped on him. The guard will not remember how it went because Alex had netted a punch that left him lying down like his friend.

Not yet there, Alex had to dodge again. The robot wakes up and re-shot. The body gets new scratches in the middle, the rest intact unharmed. In addition to shooting, the robot also has other tricks. He had a pair of long swords hidden near his wheels. Killer robots. The name seemed to match his actions.

Jayden said something but Alex didn't hear it clearly. He only knows one thing. Finish your opponent before you finish. One leg hit made him manage to dart upwards. His hand held the robot's shoulder. A hard swing makes the robot slam back to the ground. Alex practiced this in martial arts. He never did it perfectly until today.

The robot rotates to wake up. Alex was already in front of him with the same eyes. If the robot knew how to fear, it must have felt it a long time ago. Unfortunately, there is no algorithm to explain this. The robot only knows the evasive maneuvers that again fail.

Before the wheels turned to take him away, Alex managed to hold his pace. He holds the middle of the opponent. Then, with one turn, the robot was dropped back to the ground. This time, the blow was hard enough to make the bottom of the wheel crack. The robot was researching his damage when Alex was in front of him.

The robot's head shimmered bluishly. Electric strike snatched.

[Events!]

Jayden's warning came too late. The tiny drone has been watching since. But he was too busy watching what was going on.

The electric strike hit Alex's body, forcing him to kneel. Fortunately, the attack was short-lived. Alex is wasting no more time. Jayden thought Alex would pick up a laser gun and finish off the robot, the boy instead picked up an iron pipe lying near the garbage can.

Jayden never saw how robots were destroyed that way. Using the iron pipe, Alex smashes part by part as if hitting a wooden stick into potato chips. Both the robot and the pipe were destroyed. To make sure that the robot is completely off, Alex easily removes the head from his body.

“Hei!” A low voice sounded from the end of the alley. “Your work is a mess!”

Alex finds Tiger there with a long shotgun. For a moment he shook himself. His clenched hand slowly opened. Alex took his hand to the face. The hand was dirty and scuffed, slightly bruised and shaking violently. His body trembled and knew that his eyes were wet with tears. Alex fell to his knees on the ground.

[Alex? You all right?] Jayden asked softly while lowering the drone to get a better view.

Tiger walked over while pointing a gun at Alex. “Jayden, you hear me? His eyes were not green anymore. Is this a good sign?”

[Hopefully. I mean, should. Professor Otto only said that his eyes turned green as a sign that Dragon Blood was active.] Jayden answered. They should be able to hear each other's voices, including Alex and Caitlin.

Tiger kept his distance from Alex. To him, the child was nothing like a monster or a beast. His actions changed drastically when using Dragon Blood. A good sign that their experiment was successful is also an indication of a major disaster that Alex could not control himself.

“Alex?” Tiger is calling now. “We have to go. Stand up or I'll shoot!”
