“That's ICPA room!” Tiger recognized what would attract the attention of ICPA agents.
They always held meetings in similar rooms. There's an unfunny joke going on with the agents. They said they should not spend too much time in the room. Otherwise, it could be the last thing they see. Or, in other words, they would be killed on the mission. As a result of the joke, many agents do not like the room. They did not dare to linger there let alone memorize the details of the room. Ironically, the agents actually remember how the condition of the room.
Actually, there is a more logical reason behind it. The longer they spent there, meaning the missions that would be faced were also more complicated. It is only natural that the risk of an agent being killed doubles.
Tiger was among those who did not like the meeting room. He said he didn't like meetings. Jayden could guess the reason behind it. It is quite normal to be feared for field agents. As for behind-the-scenes agents like Jayden and Emil, it's not at all scary. Not even bothering.
“He's at ICPA headquarters?” Alex immediately remembered what Damon had said. Jayden is close. Alex just never thought that he was actually at the ICPA headquarters. It was really hiding in plain sight. No one would have thought that an ICPA agent was kidnapped and held captive in his own headquarters.
“I sangsi.” Emil raised his shoulders. “Too clear. It could be a trap.”
Tiger shrugged his shoulders. “I think, it's clearly a trap. It's too easy.”
[Of course! It was clearly a trap!] Nadira's voice boomed inside the command room. [Look carefully! That woman must be the sender of the video! He looked at her a few times. Including this camera. Jayden is not at ICPA headquarters! And, that woman, she's the kidnapper. He sent us to frame Alex!]
“I agree. Also not.”
Nadira let out a short sigh hearing Emil's words. [Explain!]
“I agree that the woman is the sender. I don't agree that he's on the enemy's side.”
Nadira nodded again. This time it was heavier and shorter. The same command comes with different pressures. [Explain!]
“He's one of us.”
Emil's spontaneous speech made everyone turn their attention to him.
Emil continued. “Cindy Amore Ellaria's. Her alias' favorite name, Camellia. An ICPA agent. I mean, ex. The task is very specific. Collecting info. Infiltrate. Spy,” Emil said as he glanced at Alex, giving him additional information. “The last move was last year. We've lost contact for over ten months. He was declared dead. In mission.”
Nadira sneered again for the umpteenth time of the day. [You think that woman is Camellia?]
“No bodies. There's a chance he's alive.”
[He had not given any information since that day to his superiors. It's only natural that we assume he's dead. For people like Camellia, disguise is easy. It was not impossible that they faked their own deaths.]
“I did some matching.”
[You're sure it's him?]
“Seventy percent more.”
The video stopped when Camellia turned to the camera. The girl's face was digitally enlarged. Although not so sharp, but his face can be recognized quite clearly. Her beauty is natural. Her body is more ideal as a model than an agent. On the video that was stopping, a square appeared framing Camellia's face. Other green stripes drop repeatedly in the box. Shortly thereafter, seventy-three percent and Camellia's real name appeared.
[OKAY. Let's just say she's Camellia, who do you think she's on?]
“Kita.”
[Why?]
“This video is not from a security camera. Generally. A kidnapper will see directly from a security camera. There is no point in putting another camera. In the hidden position. Generally. A kidnapped person is helpless.”
[Unless you kidnap a Jayden. He can tinker atik whatever is in the room as long as it runs electricity.] It seems that Nadira refrained from smiling. Although annoyed, he seemed proud of his chosen agent.
“Except Jayden.” Emil repeated the remark.
Tiger and Alex just exchanged glances as Nadira and Emil spoke.
[So, Emil, you think it was Camellia who put the camera there.]
“So not to be caught by the boss. Mastermind kidnapper.”
“Sort of it.”
[How did he send the video to us? This place is like a fortress. I've had Jayden add to his security.] The pride in Nadira's eyes had now disappeared completely replaced by resentment.
“Jayden sent him.”
[You're making me dizzy! Explain it! This time it's simpler! Use human language!]
Although Nadira who nagged if dizzy will all explain Emil, it was Tiger who put on a dizzy look. The big man was already sitting next to Alex. He held his head with one hand. His eyes were shifting from everyone who spoke. His mouth was tightly clenched, forming a straight line.
Emil added. “Jayden sent a virus to Alex's computer recently. He's using Alex's computer. To send videos to us.”
“What!?” Hearing his name, Alex reacts. “Wait a minute! You mean, Jayden sent me a virus not to tell me he was alive but to take over my computer?”
“It too. But, that is not the only reason,” said Emil.
“Dia... genius!” The first time Alex said that to Jayden. Too bad Jayden wasn't there to hear it.
“Too genius. Unfortunately. His genius got his sister killed. Jason malang.” Emil said softly.
“Jason is his sister's name?” reset Alex.
Not at all feeling slurred speech, Emil just smiled thinly. “I thought, Jayden got a new sister here. The person he needs to guide. Probably, to be protected too.”
“New sister? A drone? I thought Jason was short for Jayden’s Drone.”
Emil smiled amusedly. “Jayden creates drones for Zetta Sonic.”
Alex flinching. He never realized how close the Special Force was until he called Vanessa's doctor and heard Emil's words just now. Jayden created Jason to protect Alex. The young man wanted to protect her in exchange for his own sister.
Silence comes approaching again until Nadira is aware of the wrong thing.
[Wait, young man! Where did you get all this information?] Nadira snapping. His anger was directed at Emil.
“From computer.” Emil is relaxed.
The answer made Nadira more furious until Henrietta approached, worried that Nadira would break his veins. [You shouldn't have access to such detailed information! The existence of ICPA spies is kept secret. They don't know each other except their bosses. It was very, very, very secret! Just as secret as the Special Force when I created it. How did you steal all that data?]
“I didn't steal it. I saw it from—”
[Jayden!” Nadira guessed exactly. “Basic trouble maker! He stole my data and now it's in the hands of the enemy?]
“Kore or less.”
Nadira kicked off the table in front of him. His voice came rushing into the command room. [Listen to me, Special Force Zetta Sonic! This is a direct order from your superiors! Bring Jayden home alive so I can beat him up myself!]
