Orbis Online

Orbis Online
105. Invitation from the Uninvited

Horb's exit from the boundary of the arena invited the silence of every Snow Troll and Yeti present there, even Ikshan was speechless watching Reus' final attack on Horb.

Body Clones? A skill capable of doubling the avatar of a player? He knows rumors about the circulation of skills that can make someone clone its user, but after being studied it turns out that the skill is only a shadow of the extraordinary speed produced by the user.

Moreover, no skill could actually create a clone of the user that could attack an opponent like Reus as far back as Orbis Online first released. At the very most only a classy Illusionist player was able to cast a shadow of himself to deceive opponents, but could not attack.

Different from all the skills Ikshan knew about self-multiplication, Reus was actually able to clone himself and launch attacks on enemies. This was unacceptable to his common sense for a moment.

After the match was declared finished by Snow Troll who was the referee of the duel, Reus released Black Form, Dragon Power, and Dragon Spirit, and his clone slowly faded until it finally disappeared without a trace. He stepped closer to Ikshan who was still dumbstruck at the edge of the arena.

"Yo, are you okay? Your face looks weird."

"A-ah, I'm fine, just a little confused by your skills that continue to surprise me and everything here."

"Well, I just meant to try it out as a bet, but it looks like I won the bet."

Reus looked at Horb who was trying to get up aided by some of his people while smiling thinly not expecting the bet that crossed his mind to succeed. He sighed to find himself winning this duel.

While waiting for Horb who was walking over to him, Reus opened the explanation of the Body Clone skill and read it once more.

   'This Skill is really terrible.'

He could only smile happy to feel lucky to get this terrible skill. Previously Reus had never heard of a skill that could clone its user like Body Clone, but in reality he got this skill.

Reus will never know that he is the first player to get a skill like Body Clone.

"Hey, that was a great match. I've really lost a lot against you."

"Don't go down that low, I'm sure you're still hiding most of your abilities. I'm just lucky to get you out of the arena so soon."

Horb greeted Reus as he congratulated him on winning the match with a bitter smile that he did not expect to be defeated before expending all his abilities. Well, it was one of Reus' goals because he remembered some troublesome Troll skills, one of which was Burning Blood.

After greeting Reus, Horb's gaze diverted towards Ikshan who was standing behind the silver-haired player.

"We can fight tomorrow or whenever you want after I recover."

"Oh, you still want to fight against me? I'll admit, maybe I'm stronger than my friend on this one."

"No problem. You want the fighting experience, then I'll give it as much as possible."

The giant Snow Troll chuckled fearlessly at the challenger's words.

Throughout his life Horb had gone through countless battles, one of which was against Immortal Being. Until now he can still survive because his opponents are too dismissive and arrogant do not know anything about him, even though Horb is the strongest Snow Troll in HRoud.

Horb could be said to be the Dungeon Boss in this Horen Tunnel, but since Harroud was little known in the outside world there was no challenger who could defeat him until now. Thanks to that, the condition of the HRoud is quite abundant.

After a brief conversation with Reus and Ikshan, Horb invites the two to his residence and party to celebrate the victory of the two. Naturally the two players accepted it, there was no ill will in Horb's eyes when inviting them.

"Hoo, invite humans but don't invite me?"

A foreign voice rang out loud from the direction of the entrance of Huroud, making everyone who heard it turn their attention to the source of the sound.

There appeared a figure who looked like a human in general, only his skin was dark purple, had two pairs of fiery red eyes, and a pair of small black horns on his forehead. The dominant black clothes with white T-shirts inside looked striking, like a noble servant.

After confirming the figure that was the source of the foreign voice, Reus' eyes squinted towards the entrance where there were several Snow Trolls and Yeti guards lying on the lifeless ground. It made him become alert and grabbed Blackstar on his back without pulling it.

Before he was about to reply to the foreign figure, Horb stepped forward with his wooden mace and raised a voice.

"Sorry, but who are you? I've never heard or seen you before."

"Ah, where is my politeness? My name is Ash Greyhold, a messenger."

The figure bowed his body while saluting like a servant honoring his guest. Reus and the others raised their eyebrows hearing Ash's introduction which carried this bad premonition.

"I came here to bring a message from my master, but it seems that your group is quite friendly with humans."

Ash furrowed his brows watching the two humans behind Horb, Ikshan and Reus.

"We're not friends with all humans, they're the only humans we've acknowledged so far."

"that, huh? Until you're willing to entertain them with a party?"

"Of course, they were able to defeat me in order to prove his ability to leave this place. As the duty of the leader in this place, I have to entertain these two."

Hearing Horb's reply, Ash rubbed his chin for a while before taking a piece of paper out of his pocket, then opened it and read it aloud.

"On behalf of my lord Lucius Maen'ra, I am Ash Greyhold, inviting your people to join me in realizing his ambition, that is, destroying all non-monster creatures in this world and creating a world where monsters can live peacefully without fear of terror from non-monster creatures."

All living beings who heard the statement widened their eyes, not least Reus and Ikshan who were the only humans in that place. It took a few seconds until Reus finally realized that Ash's arrival had something to do with Main Story Orbis Online.

Her forehead shriveled violently feeling worried over Ash's statement just now. He then turned his gaze to Horb who was still pensive in front of him hoping that the city leader of this city of Huroud did not make the situation both become critical.
