245. Battle Dragon and Human V

The power that Reus showed managed to make a tremble both the soldiers and the players on the side of the Menschrein Kingdom. After a continuous attack that could not incise injuries to Reus' body made their spirit slowly disappear and was replaced by a feeling of despair.

   "What are you guys doing?! Don't stop your attacks!"

The cry of someone managed to attract the attention of soldiers as well as players. In the direction of the exclamation was seen a gallant man carrying a two-handed greatsword running followed by a group of players behind him.

In one look all players can recognize who and where the man and the person following him from behind. They did not want to follow the orders of the man but his words were not wrong.

One of the keys to victory when fighting a high-leveled Dungeon Boss was a continuous coordination attack that left no gaps. Although the strength and abilities of their current opponents could not be known for sure but there was no harm in continuing to attack while gathering information.

   "Focus your Buffs on me! Let me launch a powerful attack and you guys continue the momentum!"

Although it sounds selfish, his words make sense. The group of players behind him complied with the man's request, even some of the supporting class players outside their group also gave some Buff, while the rest prepared themselves to continue the man's momentum.

After getting dozens to dozens of Buffs and feeling quite strong, the man darted fast as if the giant sword raised above his head had no weight. He swung his greatsword towards Reus.

   "Accept this! Full Swing!"

The giant sword swing was only held back by the pair of Reus swords who felt how heavy the force of his opponent's attack was. Reus even pushed back one inch so powerful this one attack.

   "Hmm, long enough we haven't seen each other, you've been this strong, Rosevince. That's fine." too."

   "uh? This sound! The skull mask! Don't-don't you—"

Reus grinned for a moment before pushing his two swords up, throwing a giant sword and cutting Rosevince's words, then activating Hollow Swords and deploying the five pseudo-black swords against Rosevince's body mercilessly.

Reus's attack didn't stop there. He turned the position of holding Blackstar and Balmung then pushed the two blades through Rosevince's body creating two additional holes.

   "Ka-kau—"

   "Send my regards to your Legionmaster, okay?"

As if he did not know mercy, Reus pulled the seven swords that had been stuck now tore Rosevince's body into pieces. Rosevince decomposes into thousands of blue pixels.

Reus actually wanted to rest for a moment thinking about how consistent Gaia's Tree was in dealing with him but it couldn't be done after Reus's sight caught three close-quarters players darting over him in a ready-to-attack attitude, behind them were even dozens of magic darting through the air.

   "You're going to commit a suicide attack? Sorry, I'm not following."

Reus raised his eyebrows for a moment feeling amazed this opponent did not hesitate to sacrifice the lives of his comrades just for the sake of throwing a fierce attack, but he did not have time to be amazed.

He deployed Psychokinesis on the three players and charged them all towards a group of magic in the air which then caused a chain explosion in the sky.

Reus' action against dozens of consecutive attacks directed at him made the players speechless can not believe there is a human who is able to survive all the attacks without injury.

   "Nobody came any closer? Then this time it's my turn."

Seeing that opportunity Reus took a swing. He crossed his two swords as if preparing to make a huge attack without a trick. That makes the players prepare a defense line consisting of dozens of players using a large shield.

   "The resistance group prepare yourself!"

   "Review attack!"

Reus paid no attention to the defensive line of the big shield users and concentrated on preparing his attack.

He used a Life Enhancer to strengthen both his swords for some time at the expense of 10% of his HP, then a black fog began to seep from Blackstar and Balmung together which immediately formed an additional black blade ten meters long.

Without wasting any extra time Reus darted out using Sprint and there had not been a single blink of an eye, Reus had arrived right in front of the line of defense of the players. He swung his two swords without hesitation accompanied by Swing, Dragon Smite, as well as Energy Wave at once.

   "Black Sky Sword Art Series: Second Form – Sunless Sky!"

With these twin slashes Reus managed to tear apart the defensive line as well as all players within range of his black fog blade without difficulty. Plus the energy waves from the Energy Wave, the scale of Reus' attack became even further and his victims grew quite a lot.

Thanks to Sunless Sky's attack just now almost all the players deployed from the backline had Reus finish in no less than five minutes.

   "Ah, it seems that I am overdoing it to the point of using 10% of my HP to strengthen these two swords."

Reus smiled dryly at the sight before him if not murder then mass slaughter. I don't know how many players Reus has killed but he believes there are at least fifty players' lives lost in that one attack.

While the Menschrein Kingdom soldiers? Tens to hundreds of their lives had been lost since the arrival of a large group of players.

Seeing no movement from the other party Reus decided to drink the HP Potion first to recover his lost 10% HP. There was no magic attack or arrow pointing at him this time.

Perhaps it was because they had witnessed Reus being able to slaughter at least fifty people in less than five minutes that no one dared to come forward to attack just to take their lives.

Reus then took advantage of the opportunity to check the duration of his Ouroboros Mode which was really nothing to worry about.

   "There's still 100 minutes? Long enough, too."

He still remembers the first time he used the Black Predator in the city of the Snow Trolls and Yeti within the mountain of Horen, Ouroboros Mode only lasted for about 12 minutes. At that time Reus only managed to reach 750 opponents but now with the help of Body Clone, the status increase and the duration of Ouroboros Mode skyrocketed to a level he never imagined.

Reus actually still wanted to admire the combination of Body Clone and Black Predator that had managed to surpass his expectations but he could not do that. He could feel an electric shock when the attack from the player first pointed at him, only this time it was much stronger.

Feeling the threat this time was much different from before Reus used Laplace Forecast to see a possible glimmer of a few seconds in the future and found himself being attacked by someone from the right.

Sure enough, two seconds later a powerful strike struck both of Reus' swords which he immediately prepared to defend on the right side but was different from all of his previous strikes, the power that Reus felt this time until it managed to throw himself far enough.

Luckily Reus was ready for the attack so that it did not suffer any significant injuries and could land smoothly on the ground.

   "Oh? You managed to withstand my surprise attack? Great as well."

   "You too. Not everyone can approach me without making a sound and lashing out with such a powerful attack."

Reus' response might sound friendly but the expression behind his skull mask said another. His forehead shriveled violently not believing there was anyone who could make him flung like this while Ouroboros Mode was on.
