88. Corrupt Mayor

Last night this silver-haired player fiddled with Potions by mixing several Potions at once in one place. Many attempts have failed, but others have succeeded. For example like HP Potion I mixed with Energy Potion I produce Life Potion I.

"I heard you wanted my permission to go out of town, right?"

The mayor was getting wider his smile could not resist his greed.
