199. Reus vs Dragon Wall

The thumping of the three stone golems in charge of attacking from close managed to make the other four golems stunned. The fourth motion seemed to ask 'how can' by turning to their golem comrades and Reus repeatedly.

   "You can react like living beings. I thought it was just an empty creature made of stone."

Reus' words distracted them. Although unable to speak or express through the face, these stone golems actually have thoughts like living beings, but because they are made of stone they are unable to change expression.

The four stone golems remained silent for a while before taking formation, the two biggest bodies were in front while the two smallest filled the back row. The two golems in front prepared for a direct attack and the golems in the back created stone sticks from the ruins of the room.

Reus raised next to his brows looking at the stone staff that was slowly being created in the hands of two backward golems.

   "Golem used magic?"

Reus's surprise was not without reason. Golems are monsters that are usually created from a collection of inanimate objects, most of which come from soil, rocks, or even metal. That was the reason why the golem had such physical strength and endurance that it was often troublesome.

There has never been a golem capable of using magic since the first release of Orbis Online, even if there is only a golem that is deliberately created and controlled by someone.

The problem here was that Reus did not see anyone controlling these golems.

While Reus was still deep in thought, the two small-bodied golems at the back snapped their wands together and exerted magic in the form of mounds of earth that were moving rapidly towards him.

Reus intended to leap back, but instantly a flash from one of the seven dragon-head statues on the wall shot towards him.

   "It's a hassle!"

Reus slashed the flash of light using Blackstar and absorbed it, then leaped back away avoiding the magic of mounds of the two golems behind. Unfortunately when he floated in the air two large-bodied golems had already lunged forward intending to hit him with all their might at the same time.

Reus clucked slowly before exerting Psychokinesis against the two big golems, but not his opponent actually hit far back, making Reus hit the wall with his eyes wide open.

   "It's like Reflector Jail in Lavore Kingdom...."

Reflector Jail has a special ability that can reflect any magic or attack skill that aims to get out of the cell, one of the places that Reus does not want to come again because it is troublesome.

Now then? He had to face two monsters with similar abilities? Plus two golems that could use magic from behind and the seven dragon head statues that were ready to launch an attack at any time? It's out of Reus' reach.

   'It has not been calculated if the three golems I flew earlier can rise again....'

Reus clucked inwardly knowing that the current situation was severely harmed, but the enemy who had excelled in numbers and levels from the beginning had now unleashed a troublesome pent-up ability.

Reus rose from his position sitting among the rubble of the ruins near the wall, but when he was just beginning to think a flash of light from one of the seven dragon-head statues shot back towards him.

Reus can overcome the flash of light easily using Ability Blackstar, Magic Devour is very useful, plus the natural ability is Adrenaline Mode. Unfortunately Reus was still an ordinary human being, he could not respond to multiple attacks at once.

As soon as the light attacks from the seven dragon-head statues were cut down, the two large-bodied golems shot as fast as they could towards Reus and once again launched a pair of powerful attacks to create a great crack in the walls of the room.

   "You're closing in and it's done!"

Without further ado Reus swung the two swords in his hand alongside Dragon Smite at Blackstar, while Swing for Balmung. The destroyed power of each of Reus' slashes became even more terrifying when he exerted his Life Enhancer of 10% Energy on each of his swords.

The sword is indeed not the right weapon to face creatures such as golems that have high resistance to sharp weapons, but another story when Reus activated one of the new skills some time ago he got.

Blaarr!!

The two head golems were not cut off like they were hit by a sword slash, but exploded as if they were hit by a giant hammer. Their bodies then fell to the floor and shattered into hundreds of small rocks.

   "Hm.... His power is beyond my expectations."

Reus was slightly surprised to see the increase in his strength that exceeded his expectations.

At this moment in addition to the purple-spotted black robe with the white part next to his eyes that turned into the typical black Black Form, there were some new changes on Reus' body, especially the head.

It can be seen clearly that now Reus has a pair of small horns branching out from the left and right sides of the crown, then both pupils also appear to extend like reptilian pupils. There is also a type of scaly pattern tattoo filled his body.

The two remaining golems pensively saw two of his comrades defeated in an instant, they then launched another earth magic after stomping the staff to the floor. The pointy rocks loomed and shot towards Reus at high speed on the floor.

Reus could see the attack and swung Balmung along with Swing and Energy Wave casually. Although it looks relaxed and not so strong, in fact one slash is enough to remove the magic of the two golems that are eyeing him.

The two golems holding the stone staff looked surprised to see their attacks being broken so easily by Reus, while the silver-haired youth himself threw a wide smile at his opponent.

Reus did not waste this golden opportunity, he ran as fast as he could towards the two golems. As a result, Reus's figure disappeared and reappeared while in front of the two.

   "Black Sky Sword Art Series: First Form – Black Cloud!"

In an instant Reus was able to land the six Black Cloud slashes on the two golems and turn them into hundreds of small pebbles in just a few moments.

   "I'm sorry, but in three minutes you're no match for me."

After muttering so Reus turned his attention towards the seven giant dragon head statues that stuck to the walls of the room, looking at him sharply accompanied by Swordmaster Aura and the blaring Dragon Aura.

The Wallface of the Seven Dragon King was indeed unaffected by the two aura skills Reus had unleashed, but the seven statues were seen trembling for a moment looking at the figure of Reus who was able to overcome seven high-level golems alone.

Reus took one step forward slowly, then another step, then walked slowly, and shortly after that dashed towards the Wallface of Seven Dragon King while exclaiming loudly.

   "Let me test as hard as what I am now with all my strength!"
