112. The wrath of Death
"What... is it over?"
After his battle with Ash ended in victory, Reus fell to his knees while trying to take as many breaths as possible. Although Ouroboros Mode provides a lot of stamina, it does not mean that all of it can not be exhausted.
About half a minute passed, Reus stood up again and noticed the surrounding situation which was still swarmed by various Ash monster troops. They looked like they wanted to attack Reus, but at the same time they were unsure of being able to defeat the young man who had even managed to defeat their commander.

Ikshan smiled gently in response, then helped Reus up and returned to the city with Horb who appeared to be seriously injured. Reus was a little surprised to see the state of Horb that he did not expect at all.
The giant Snow Troll was aware of Reus' reaction when it saw him.
Horb explains that he got these injuries against four Wolfman who were level 70 each. Horb who excelled at Str and sucked at Dex was not a difficult opponent for the Wolfmans who excelled in terms of speed and agility.

Wolfman is one of the monster races that are quite common in the world of Orbis Online. This monster takes the form of a humanoid wolf that can walk like a human. They were not only blessed with a monstrous Dex status, but also a far greater Str status than ordinary humans.
If only Reus had been in the position of Horb at that time, perhaps he himself could not have won easily—without using the effect of Ouroboros Mode.

The third view now centers on Ash's body that was decapitated some time ago is now slowly regenerating and recovering as usual. His detached head and body were now back together somehow.
His body gave off a dense reddish-black aura accompanied by a killing intent so great that Reus, Ikshan, and Horb could not move a single finger.
"Well, it's good to be alive again."
The words that came out from the lips of a four-eyed messenger made the expression of the three fade, not believing what they saw.
It was Ash Greyhold, a Chaos Messenger who some time ago had his head cut off by Reus' sword. The monstrous figure was now back alive with overflowing power and anger.
