"What... is it over?"
After his battle with Ash ended in victory, Reus fell to his knees while trying to take as many breaths as possible. Although Ouroboros Mode provides a lot of stamina, it does not mean that all of it can not be exhausted.
About half a minute passed, Reus stood up again and noticed the surrounding situation which was still swarmed by various Ash monster troops. They looked like they wanted to attack Reus, but at the same time they were unsure of being able to defeat the young man who had even managed to defeat their commander.
Seeing that Reus exerting Dragon Aura made most of them fall helplessly onto the stone floor. He stuck the Dragon Slayer Sword onto the floor vertically, then stared at the army of petrified monsters around him, then pointed at Ash's head lying on the floor with Blackstar.
"Your leader I have finished off with my own sword, do you still intend to fight here? With me?"
The pressure from Dragon Aura again enveloped the area of the monsters, this time feeling even more devastating. Most of the low-leveled monsters had already fallen onto the stone floor unconscious, while some who were leveled in their 50s could still maintain their consciousness.
In Reus' speech contained a great pressure and strength that made some of the monsters who heard him freeze even though they were not affected by Dragon Aura. How not? He was the one who managed to defeat their commander, for monsters below level 150s certainly no one dared to oppose him given Ash himself was level 250.
The words of Reus did not stop reaching the monsters, even the Snow Trolls and Yeti could hear them from afar. Ash's great pressure that enveloped the entire city of Huroud was lost thanks to his death.
"It's...."
Ikshan who was still swinging his kusarigama finish off every opponent in front of him was still frozen to hear the statement from his colleague.
Unbelievable, a level 45 player capable of taking out a level 250 enemy? If this were to spread to the ears of other players then not only the small Legion, but also the large Legion would be willing to wage a massive war in order to seize Reus.
It is true that the scale of his level should be much stronger, but because Reus's skills are more and more varied Ikshan could have lost heavily if he fought against the silver-haired player.
Shortly after stating this, Reus was able to feel Ouroboros Mode begin to fade because 784 seconds had passed since the Black Predator was used. A few moments later the purplish black aura typical of Ouroboros Mode disappeared completely.
"The Black Predator effect is gone, huh?"
Reus clicked his tongue slightly, then checked his status making sure that the effect of increasing Ourobors Mode was gone or not.

Looking at his level and status that increased drastically to two status touched the figure of thousands of eyes Reus was wide. It is true that the experience gained from killing Ash in his hands has a huge influence, but of course, what is very instrumental here is the Freelancer class and the influence of certain titles and skills that he has.
Especially thanks to the Expert Solution skill as well as all the experience he got from eliminating the entire army and Ash himself multiplied by 150%. This certainly cannot be ignored just like that by Reus considering his level increased rapidly in one kill.
With Ash killed and Reus leveling up so high, the battle between the Snow Troll and the Yeti against Ash's army of monsters is over.
Most low-level monsters chose to escape through the Horen tunnel, but all were slaughtered completely by the Hroud reconnaissance troops who moved through the path of the pit that connected the city of Horoud to the rest of the Horen mountain place. The rest gave up without a fight on the spot.
Moments after the battle ended Ikshan and Horb immediately approached Reus who was sitting limp on the ground floor.
"Reus, are you okay?"
"Ah, Ikshan, huh? I'm fine, just exhausted."
Ikshan smiled gently in response, then helped Reus up and returned to the city with Horb who appeared to be seriously injured. Reus was a little surprised to see the state of Horb that he did not expect at all.
The giant Snow Troll was aware of Reus' reaction when it saw him.
Horb explains that he got these injuries against four Wolfman who were level 70 each. Horb who excelled at Str and sucked at Dex was not a difficult opponent for the Wolfmans who excelled in terms of speed and agility.
'Wolfman, huh? No wonder anyway, let alone four opponents of level 70 at once.'
Wolfman is one of the monster races that are quite common in the world of Orbis Online. This monster takes the form of a humanoid wolf that can walk like a human. They were not only blessed with a monstrous Dex status, but also a far greater Str status than ordinary humans.
If only Reus had been in the position of Horb at that time, perhaps he himself could not have won easily—without using the effect of Ouroboros Mode.
The three of them walked together while looking around filled with the corpses of Snow Trolls, Yeti, and Ash army monsters. It was true that Reus had been in the middle of this situation, but he had never gotten used to this terrible sight.
Although it is just a fake world filled with algorithm programs, everything feels real to Reus. Even Ikshan, who was more senior than Reus, felt nauseous watching this pile of corpses that looked real.
As he walked Reus thought in his heart.
'Is this really a game world? My senses translate it like reality, be it eyes, nose, or ears.'
Unwilling to think any further about it, Reus turned his eyes and checked the Inventory, Any item he obtained from this battle. Highlight his eyes down one by one the new Items in his Inventory, yet there was one that made his eyes squint.

Orb of Revival (empty)
A special ball made of high-level Material. Anyone who dies while holding this ball will come back to life by absorbing the life energy stored in it.
---
After reading the explanation of the Orb of Revival Reus' eyes fell back. This time not only because of his surprise, but also the feeling of fear and creepiness that attacked him from behind.
In an instant Reus twisted his body and pulled Blackstar from his back, then forming his fighting position made Ikshan and Horb confused.
"Ikshan, Mr. Horb, please pull your weapons and get ready to fight."
The two became increasingly confused to see Reus's expression filled with fear, but only seconds later did they realize that the terrible air was slowly getting stronger from behind. Soon the two of them obeyed Reus.
The third view now centers on Ash's body that was decapitated some time ago is now slowly regenerating and recovering as usual. His detached head and body were now back together somehow.
His body gave off a dense reddish-black aura accompanied by a killing intent so great that Reus, Ikshan, and Horb could not move a single finger.
"Well, it's good to be alive again."
The words that came out from the lips of a four-eyed messenger made the expression of the three fade, not believing what they saw.
It was Ash Greyhold, a Chaos Messenger who some time ago had his head cut off by Reus' sword. The monstrous figure was now back alive with overflowing power and anger.

Hi Orbis Online readers, long time no see in this "NOTE AUTHOR.
I would like to thank you for all the attention, support and time that readers have devoted to this chapter. Thank you very much!
Here I would like to remind you, maybe someone did not read my announcement in the comments at that time.
Because I was working on another novel that was included in the YAAW season 3 race from zero, so I will focus my attention on the novel first because the priority is quite high considering I wrote it completely from scratch.
For this novel itself may only be updated once or twice a month during the YAAW season 3. Please understand it.
For those who are curious what novel it is, you can look for Abyss World : The Rising in search. The novel is themed cyberpunk with action, sc-fi, a little fantasy, and a little romance. The novel also has a bit of a political atmosphere as its main conflict, so I think it's pretty heavy for most people.
Maybe that's all I want to say for now. Thank you for all your support and see you on next chapter***!
