The trailer! The trail!
After realizing the move from Dungeon Ambora Temple to another Dungeon, Reus and Dunk were forced to run for safety while fighting against some humanoid creature figures that filled this place.
It had already been over half an hour since the two of them were thrown into this mysterious Dungeon called Chaos Lair and their HPs had been greatly reduced. Their opponents were high-leveled monsters above level 100, while Reus himself was still around level 50 to 60. How could he overcome an opponent whose level was twice that of him?
Dunk himself was still in his 50s, but his fighting experience was greater than Reus. It could be seen from how he fought some of these demon-looking humanoid monsters. While Reus? He had almost run out of Energy due to continuously deploying Hollow Swords and Swing for his own safety.
They were currently hiding in a small room inside the Dungeon to rest. Reus, who is famous for his calmness among his friends, is starting to panic and worry now. Of course, he had never expected that the room in the Ambora Temple earlier was a terrible trap.
"Dunk, do you know how this happened?"
"Hmm, it's possible that the door of the Ambora Temple room is a door that can move anyone who enters into it to this place. I've seen several similar traps in other high-level Dungeons."
"Then, how do we get out of here?"
"Dead."
Reus's face became flat instantly as soon as he got a short answer from Dunk. Reus himself already knew that dying was one way out of this place. Because every time players ran out of HP and died, they would be revived in the last city they visited with a certain amount of experience and certain Items from his Inventory.
Reus sighed heavily feeling stupid for asking Dunk. At least he wanted it to be the last way they could use it, but there seemed to be no possible way for now given the magnitude of the difference in level and status of Reus and Dunk with the mob monsters in this place.
'Although I used Breathing Power and Black Form to fight them, still I cannot defeat them—even one. Their numbers were quite large and the way they fought it was really troublesome.'
Previously Reus had already fought against these monsters, but he could not defeat any of them—even after using Black Form and Breathing Power at once. If it was one-on-one then Reus could still defeat him, yet how could he defeat one of them if the five creatures were to attack simultaneously?
Although in Black Form mode the status of Str and Dex Reus increased drastically, his opponent's speed could easily adapt to his already enhanced speed. His opponent this time was not an Undead, hence the Undead Killer title effect had no effect.
'If not the wrong name of the race is Chaos, right?'
Asking this in his head, Reus opened the browser and searched for information about the Chaos race in Orbis Online—or the name of the monster race they are facing now. While Reus was looking for information about the Chaos race, Dunk stood guard around the door of the room with great vigilance.
Considering their enemy this time is very strong—even for mob— monster levelit is no wonder that Dunk is really serious about dealing with it. He looked very different from when he fought the Undead before.
After a while surfing the internet world, Reus found some facts about the Chaos race in Orbis Online.
The Chaos Race was the first monster race to exist in the Online Orbis world. As the first monster race in the world, they could be said to be the strongest monster race and were the parent of most of the existing races. They have the ability to think like humans, but cannot speak human language and only a small percentage are able to communicate with humans.
The weakest Chaos Race had a level of at least above 110 and had an innate skill that was quite troublesome, namely Power Cry which allowed them to increase their entire status by 20% for 10 minutes unless Strength status is amplified up to 30% without side effects. This race is also predicted as the main antagonist of the Orbis Online story scenario.
Seeing this fact Reus' forehead shriveled completely dislike his current condition. Although until now he and Dunk had managed to survive their deadly attacks, it was still thanks to the tens of HP Potions they consumed every five to ten seconds.
Reus seemed worried about making his choice. Silent Strike is a skill that is usually used by Assassin-class players or the like. This skill is an active-passive skill that will be useful if the user attacks suddenly from silence and the attack can increase the attack by 30%.
Of course for Reus this is a pretty heavy choice. This skill would be very useful in the current state considering if he could activate Black Form and Breathing Power at once, then Enchant Blackstar whose puncture attack was multiplied by 100%, then%, of course with the help of Silent Strike its attack power will be very helpful.
He had already opened the Orbis Forum in his browser and immediately searched for the Silent Strike Emblem Skill, but both of his hands immediately silenced his own mouth which was almost hysterical as soon as he saw the price tagged. The Emblem skill he was looking for was the cheapest at 680,000 Byl while the most expensive one was labeled 1,200,000 Byl under the name of the skill.
If only he was not in a dangerous condition like this maybe he had shouted as loud as lightning.
To think about it however, Reus still thinks that this world is a game world, but this world feels like the world he should live in. He feels a lot of pleasure and satisfaction that he rarely feels in the real world, but he is still aware that this world is just a fake world.
Throwing money of 6,800,000 rupiah just for the game was very big decision, he said, but on the other hand he could buy this Emblem Skill and if he managed to kill some Chaos race creatures and get the drop of items that he might be able to sell at the Orbis Forum, he could benefit even more. But for that he also had to think about his Luc status which was so low compared to other statuses.
After a few minutes of weighing these two decisions, Reus with trembling fingers pressed the 6,800,000 rupiah worth of transaction button. In an instant the Silent Strike Emblem Skill entered into his Inventory which he directly used to absorb the skill contained within with teary eyes.

A few seconds later the Emblem Skill let out a faint light and finally broke into thousands of pixel particles and disappeared. Reus immediately checked whether this Emblem Skill had been successfully used or not.

Silent Strike (Level 1-1)

Energy: 5
Cooldown : -

Although it does not require a cooldown, this skill attracts a fee of 5 Energy points each time it is used. For Reus alone 5 points Energy is not so big and very economical in terms of saving Energy when fighting, he said, but he could not hold back his tears that dripped one by one while covering his mouth so as not to cause noise.
"My money ran out this much just for the sake of the game."
