Arriving on the battlefield Reus' entourage soon became the center of attention of the soldiers of Bailendra Kingdom, even some of the lower middle nobles glared violently at the sight of a group of humans coming from the direction of Bailendra Kingdom while being escorted by some of their own soldiers.

How not? Their enemy this time was the Menschrein Kingdom, a human kingdom that adhered to the doctrine of human superiority. They never thought Julius would allow humans to join their army.

The arrival of Reus' entourage invited hatred, curiosity, as well as discussion among the soldiers.

"Oh, you came also apparently, Mr. Reus and others. I thought you guys were gonna run at the last minute."

"Oh, Mr. Bartomalt's joke is painful. We sincerely want to help Bailendra Kingdom, why should we run?"

Reus' group was greeted by Bartomalt who did not hesitate to express his opinion. It seemed that all the nobles at the previous meeting, even including Julius as well as the three dragon councils, thought Reus and the others would have escaped right before the battle began if not to mess with their warrior formations from within.

Reus smiled thinly as he could read Bartomalt's mind. He had more or less expected their existence would not be easily accepted by the nobles, especially himself considering the title of The Sovereign Killer made him disliked by these people but for the sake of completing the Quest given by Arshwind, he said, Reus can rule all that out.

Ignoring the reactions of the soldiers and the other nobles, Bartomalt snorted lightly displeased by Reus' insinuations but was able to understand. He escorts Reus' group to a strategy tent filled by Julius and some of their own army's leader nobles.

"Oh, you've come, Mr. Reus and his friends."

Julius immediately greeted Reus. He felt his uneasiness slightly eased seeing the three players coming as he expected.

Perhaps the nobles of Julius' assessment of Reus' group sounded too high considering the three had never shown their strength in a real fight but if Aulcrat's letter of grant was telling the truth, julius' high judgment should not be surprised.

"There is no need to mince words, Your Majesty. What about the number and approximate strength of the enemy?"

"We don't know for sure but according to the last report all according to your information. Their total number was around one hundred thousand. It includes reinforcements from the other party."

"Is that so? It seemed like they were unaware of the 'wolf' between them."

Reus smiled faintly feeling his plan go smoothly. Lately he has been a little worried if his plan is known by the Menschrein Kingdom but it seems that this is not necessary. The enemy side was more stupid and confident than he thought.

Perhaps because Menschrein Kingdom had a lot of help from the side of players like Gaia's Tree and Adventador while Bailendra Kingdom did not ask for much help from other countries, Menschrein Kingdom felt victory was in sight.

Different from Reus, Julius who heard the silver-haired player's casual response had difficulty maintaining his composure. He had never expected that other than having a powerful Dragon Aura, Reus also had a network of connections in the enemy lands.

If it wasn't for Aulcrat's letter suggesting that he wasn't hostile to Reus, Julius might have thought Reus was plotting with the Menschrein Kingdom through information Reus had provided through Lucia and Dante some time ago.

He felt lucky and grateful for Aulcrat's warning. If not for the letter from Aulcrat, Julius would have probably arrested Reus and Ikshan since both of them crossed the border of his country and these two players were even hostile towards Bailendra Kingdom.

"So, Mr. Reus, are you really going to advance to the front line as Lucia and Dante say?"

Salvinius asked from the strategy table intent on making sure there was no change in their plans if the Reus group would really fight on the front lines like the spearhead of Bailendra Kingdom.

"of course. Nor will we be able to exert our full strength if it is in formation."

"But, if so then Lucia and Dante won't be able to come along with you, will they? Are you really going to fight on the front lines without a healer?"

"Mr Salvinius, there's no need to worry about us. Just concentrate on the direction of the war. We can take care of ourselves."

Hearing Reus' reply the nobles present there began to grind their teeth feeling displeased at the words of the man that sounded brazen to the nobility.

Salvinius opened his mouth wanting to say something but seeing the confidence of Reus, Ikshan, and Ibane, he undoes the intention. Salvinius could see anything he said would not be heard by them.

"Well, I won't say anything else but if you're seriously injured or even lost your life there, don't hold it for us."

"No problem. It's the decision of the three of us so there's no need for revenge or anything."

Reus and Ibane chuckled in response to Salvinius, who seemed to be indifferent and allowed them to do as they pleased, while Ikshan put on a wry smile feeling that these two comrades were not normal to laugh as if mocking one of the three dragon councils in front of the nobles.

After ascertaining Reus's plans, Julius allowed the three of them to leave the strategy— tentor rather be subtly driven away by the angry gazes of the nobles.

Reus himself did not intend to linger in the tent so he immediately went out and went somewhere with the group of soldiers who escorted them from the inn in charge of watching them.

Neither Reus, Ikshan, nor Ibane understand the three cannot be trusted fully so as to understand their existence.

"Oh yeah, Ikshan, I have something for you."

Shortly after the three of them came out of the tent Reus called out to Ikshan. That Phantom Reaper classy player was a little confused seeing Reus calling out to him like that. It is not usual for Reus to give something to Ikshan other than potions or materials to repair or make Equip.

Reus took something from the Inventory and then gave it to his partner and managed to make Ikshan, Ibane, and the soldiers who escorted them glare fiercely at the object held by Reus.

"It's.... Where'd you get this? Don't tell me you got this against the boss of the Ruin of Seven Dragon King?"

"No, but the material I made was from there."

"You sure you gave this to me?"

"Of course, take this as my gratitude for accompanying and always fixing my weapons all this time."

Ikshan's body trembled violently checking the complete status of the Crescent Dragon Slayer. He then looked at Reus with a look of disbelief.

"You really gave this Equip to me for free?"

"Of course, you've helped me a lot all along, so that's all I can give you in exchange."

Reus explains that he asked Nocht, one of the ten Miracle Craftmasters, to make Equip use the materials he obtained from defeating the Four-Headed Dragon Statue in the Ruin of Seven Dragon King replace the curse.

To be honest Reus did not think Nocht's Equip would be this good. He could see that this Crescent Dragon Slayer was if not comparable then better than the Balmung he had.

Not to mention if Ikshan gets the title of Dragon Slayer which might resonate with the kusarigama like Dragon Slayer Sword which turns into Balmung in the hands of Reus.

Although this Equip could be sold very expensively by Reus but he had decided to give it to Ikshan from the beginning so that despite similar temptations, he would not change or regret his decision.

Ikshan seemed moved by this gift of Reus. He then vowed to help Reus complete the Quest given by Arshwind while stopping the Order of Chaos.

Reus actually wanted to stop Ikshan's over-reaction but the all-black and covered appearance insisted, making Reus uncomfortable.

In the middle of the atmosphere, Ibane voiced protest.

   "Reus, what about me?!"

   "Huh?"

"You have Equip for Ikshan but not for me?! What kind of friend are you?!"

"You've never done anything worthy of something like this."

"Aren't you being too mean to me?!"

The mouthful between Reus and Ibane made the soldiers who were escorting them smile dryly feeling clueless towards their group. Soon they would fight on the front lines but there was not a single sense of tension between them?

It was something that the guards would probably never understand.
