"Little spurs!"
Unable to hold back his anger, Brandon took a step forward first while carrying his great sword raised high up, ready to split Reus into two halves with all his might.
Reus did not want to miss, he also came forward but accompanied by Sprint so Reus managed to get closer first.
His stride speed was already large enough without any buffs as a sword user, plus the effects of his Special Trait Set Dragon series equipment, Dex Reus status was unmatched by any sword user at the same level.
"You're slow enough for an Elite Knight. Dragon Smite!"
Reus said so as he swung his sword with all his might against Brandon's armor, making the giant man flung far enough back without even having a chance to react.
The soldiers around glared at Reus who was suddenly in front of Brandon and then sheathed such a powerful attack. Reus' speed could barely be followed by their eyes, while Reus' strength might not be much different from that of a high-leveled greatsword user.
"Dinky pigtails! You're hiding your true strength?!"
Brandon loudly exclaimed with a look full of shock on his face. Even if it was thrown far enough away but Brandon was a Elite Knight of the 250s, the chances of him falling with a single attack of Reus was very small.
"Hide it? You're the only one who's not good at measuring the opponent's strength."
Reus chuckled at Brandon's reaction, which was like seeing a ghost.
"Not good at measuring?! Obviously you lied about your 150s level!"
Brandon looks so angry when he remembers the level of Reus is so much different but his strength was not weaker than him. He pointed at the large slash marks on his armor that Reus had created earlier.
"It's impossible for you to be in your 150s if you can push me this far and leave a mark on this armor!"
"As much as you want to believe it or not, it won't change the fact that I'm not as weak as you think."
Reus responded to Brandon's call with a small smile accompanied by a slight paltry feeling. This made Brandon even more angry.
"You'll receive the reward, you fucking gibberish!"
Brandon ran as fast as he could while carrying his greatsword closer to Reus. His speed was high enough to see the size of the body, the size of the weapon, and the weight of his armor but all of it was unable to match Reus.
Reus shot back but this time without using Sprint. He wanted to exchange some attacks with the person who called himself the 'Elite Knight.
As Brandon swung his greatsword vertically, Reus twisted his body quickly and swung the Dragon Slayer Sword with all his might. Of course accompanied by Swing because he was not sure his pure power was able to withstand such a heavy attack.
The swords of Reus and Brandon clashed in the air for a few seconds before they both bounced. Reus's sword slammed into the concrete floor of the street, while Brandon's giant sword was raised so high up by the impact.
Brandon widened his eyes watching the exchange of attacks. He knew clearly how much power he exerted as well as the quality of his sword but it never crossed his mind even though that his might was blown away by the one-handed little sword.
When Brandon was about to refine his horses to prepare for his next attack, his sword felt so heavy that he could not pull. He seemed confused at the sword he should have been able to swing easily but it was all answered when he saw Reus extend his left hand forward.
"What are you doing?!"
Brandon couldn't help but be curious about what Reus was doing. The young man only stretched out one hand but his sword could not be moved at all as if it was frozen in the air.
"Simple, I use my skill."
After saying so Reus threw Brandon's giant sword into the sky using Telekinesis to abandon its owner.
"Baji-ngan! Return my sword!"
Brandon felt so angry as his giant sword slipped out of hand and flew into the sky. His anger peaked, at the same time Brandon ran over Reus without caring about anything else.
Reus smiled slightly in response.
"You want your sword back? What about my sword you took?"
Reus did not speak too long before darting towards Brandon using a Sprint, then swung six slashes with a sword draped in black smoke in no time. The Elite Knight crashed far enough to hit the ranks of soldiers behind him.
"Oh, the combination of Dragon Smite and Black Cloud turned out to be quite terrifying."
Reus who witnessed this was surprised. He had never expected the strength of the combination of the two skills to be so deadly, especially after receiving the buff from the Special Trait Set Dragon series.
A few seconds later Brandon's giant sword fell from the sky, plunging on the floor of a street not far in front of Reus.
"Damn it.... Return my sword!"
Brandon shouted quite loudly this time, surprising the soldiers as well as Reus.
"Oh, you didn't faint apparently. It's worth having a level 250."
Reus laughed softly watching Brandon trying to stand up while enduring the pain.
Brandon wanted to shout back to release his anger but when his mouth opened, the sound of an iron impact on something sounded in his ear. At the same time his body became lighter.
Brandon's eyes widened and looked at the sound of the iron impact coming from his shattered armor and falling onto the floor of the road. The armor shattered into pieces until the shape of his armor was barely recognizable.
Brandon fell to his knees on the floor of the road, his eyes focused on his shattered armor. He picked up some parts of the armor with a look of disbelief.
"How...can?"
"Isn't that simple? I am stronger than you, while the quality of my sword is higher than your armor."
Brandon's gaze now shifted to Reus but it was only for a moment, now his eyes looked at his great sword that had fallen back from the sky.
Reus could see Brandon appreciating his equipment. He smiled coldly for a moment before walking up to the large sword.
"What...what do you want to do with my sword?"
Brandon's eyes widened again seeing Reus' distance with his sword decreasing. His anger increased as Reus approached his sword, until Reus finally grabbed the handle of the sword and raised it with one hand.
There was no more anger in Brandon's mind, his eyes glaring with another meaning this time. So did all the soldiers who witnessed the strange sight.
Reus, the young man who did not look strong or big muscled, was able to lift the giant sword using only one hand? Even Brandon who is level around 250 is unlikely to do the same.
Reus swung the sword several times lightly in the air as if it had no weight. He then stuck the sword back onto the street floor after being satisfied with swinging.
Reus actually did not have that much power until he could swing Brandon's giant sword with one hand, he outsmarted it using Telekinesis to look able to lift the sword.
"Your sword is pretty good, I like it."
Reus glanced at Brandon as he said so.
Brandon initially did not understand Reus's meaning but after a while, he began to understand it. His anger again peaked at the same time.
"Baji-ngan! Don't expect you to take my sword!"
Brandon's body gave off a rosy aura as it exclaimed loudly before crashing towards Reus without a second thought.
"Ah, again Berserk. I'm tired of this one."
Reus let out a heavy sigh seeing the change in Brandon. Without sufficient armor and weapons, it was impossible for any sane person to lung at him with ill intentions.
Reus raised the great sword again but this time he did not play as before. He took a moment before raising his voice.
"This is what you want? Take it!"
Using Telekinesis, Reus throws a sword of that size at Brandon.
Sure enough, Brandon who was currently unable to master himself could not dodge or catch his sword. The sword successfully pierced Brandon's body without difficulty.
