170. Main Battle
Reus' closing attack ended successfully by throwing Xavier far enough back with severe injuries to his abdomen. Xavier landed right on the line of his troops that instantly captured his body.
"Chairman Xavier!"
The soldiers screamed when they saw Xavier's condition was quite severe, they immediately gave Xavier a high-level Potion so that the large wound on his stomach slowly closed.
"Ah, you're using Life Elixir?"
Reus from a distance could recognize the Potions the soldiers used for Xavier. It was Life Elixir, one of the highest level Potions a high level Alchemist could concoct.
To Reus' knowledge only someone who possessed a level 5-1 Alchemist skill was capable of making such a level Potion and according to his memories, there had not been such a high level Alchemist on the player's side, or at least it had not been heard of.
Life Elixir itself as it is already known is the highest level Potion in the healing Potion. Its usefulness is similar to the Dragon Miracle Tear given by Arshwind, the difference is that Life Elixir must be consumed one full bottle and its healing ability is not limited to people of a certain level.
Reus was not only silent when Xavier recovered using Life Elixir, he also consumed Energy Potion to recover his used Energy thanks to using four skills with a large level of Energy consumption.
"Damn it! We won't let you recuperate!"
As Reus gulped down his second bottle of Potions, several soldiers ran over to him while carrying melee weapons ready to slash.
"At least wait until I finish finishing this bottle."
Reus did not react any further, he continued to drink his Energy Potion until it ran out before throwing the bottle at one of the soldiers.
The soldier's anger was ignited because it was only responded to with an empty bottle of Potion. He swung the weapon and split the bottle in two but after the bottle split in two, one part of the bottle disappeared and Reus' figure appeared right in the same place.
"Dragon Smite! Energy Wave!"
No matter the shock the soldier experienced, Reus swung his sword with all his might slashing at his opponent. Sword Reus managed to split the soldier's body without difficulty while simultaneously penetrating the Energy Wave attack on the other soldiers beside him.
They all fell to the ground without knowing what was really going on.
"Oh, this skill is so useful. No wonder it was categorized as a Legendary Skill Emblem."
Reus himself was a little surprised by his new skill, not expecting it to be this effective.

With this skill Reus can move anywhere he wants as long as the former touch objects are not touched by others. A very useful ability for Reus because it often faces many opponents at once.
"What... just happened?"
From a distance Crystina rubbed her eyes several times watching the supernatural in front of her, not believing her eyes. But must confess, Crystina, inevitably she must accept the fact that Reus has just moved like teleportation.
Teleportation is not an ability that is rarely seen, instead teleportation is one of the fastest ways to travel between countries in Orbis Online but, the same ability is owned by an individual? That's something that can't be found easily.
While Reus admired his new skill, Xavier had recovered as he had. The large wound on his abdomen managed to close but not with his white armour which now contained blood-red patches.
"Good, it won't be exciting if you just fall down."
Reus smiled cynically looking at Xavier who was looking at him hatefully.
"You're gonna finish it right here!"
Xavier stepped forward while justifying his horses, raising the sword in his right hand aloft giving off a bright white radiance.
"Divine Sky Sword Art Series: First Form – Holy Saber!"
No need to wait too long, Xavier directly swung his sword aimed at Reus. A wave of white-colored energy shot towards Reus swiftly.
"You know, the same way won't work twice."
Reus steadying his horses not intending to dodge the attack, Xavier smiled happily seeing that Reus was still smiling before he began swinging his sword which was now emitting a reddish-green light.
The Dragon Slayer Sword blade released an energy wave that was no less powerful than Xavier's.
The two energy waves clashed together for a while creating shock waves in the surrounding area, until Xavier's energy wave won the power battle.
"It seems my strength is superior."
Xavier smiled in satisfaction at the wave of energy that destroyed Reus' attack. Even though his strength and speed were reduced by the impact of the previous waves, he believed in his abilities.
Reus could clearly see the direction of Xavier's attack because his speed was quite cut, he then deployed Hollow Swords which he immediately merged into one on his left hand. He swung the black sword of the semi-propsaran without hesitation slashing through the waves of Xavier energy.
"Life Enhancer: 50% Energy! Swing!"
In that one swing, Reus managed to destroy Xavier's remaining attacks but at the same time, his Hollow Swords were smashed to pieces. Reus was completely unperturbed by the destruction of the Hollow Swords in his hands.
On the other hand Xavier was a little overwhelmed watching Reus being able to cope with his attack but he did not feel astonished. Xavier ran through the wind while raising his shield to cover his body.
"Hmph! That way you deserve to be killed so many times!"
It didn't take long for Xavier to reach the Reus area with his rapid pace for the size of the shield holder. He immediately unsheathed the sword targeting Reus' head but it wasn't that easy.
Reus certainly realized Xavier was running so fast towards him, he was not just silent and waiting for the middle-aged man to come. He quietly poured a bottle of yellow-colored liquid on the ground in front of him.
"Hey old man, what's wrong? Your body can't be moved?"
"You! What kind of tricks are you using?!"
"Ah, don't you know Stun Potion? That's really concerning."
Reus smiled for a moment looking at Xavier's angry face before swinging his sword again, this time six consecutive slashes!
"Life Enhancer: 30% Energy! Swing! Black Cloud's!"
Thanks to stepping on the ground that the Stun Potion had smeared by Reus, Xavier could only receive those six slashes without being able to resist. He crashed for the second time, landing right on the line of loyal soldiers capturing him like before.
Xavier groaned intensely feeling pain all over his body, it could be seen that most of his armor had suffered severe damage to his body exposed to several direct attacks of Reus.
The soldiers immediately gave Potions to Xavier but instead of Life Elixir, they did not possess such expensive Potions in large quantities.
"What else are you waiting for?! Want me to die just move?! Quickly attack him!"
Xavier's first words after his wound had been healed left his subordinates shocked. Xavier was famous for his calmness and gentleness in various situations, even some people believed that Xavier was a saint who was worthy of being a role model of religious and Knight.
They had never expected Xavier to be emotionally ignited just because of a young man who appeared to be weak in appearance.
Xavier's subordinates did not wait for the second command, they immediately ran towards Reus while unsheathing their respective weapons.
"When do you want to watch? Haven't I paved the way enough for you?"
Reus shook his head while sighing softly as he said so. A few seconds later a huge rumbling sound came from behind along with a mound of rocks that appeared from the ground in chains and flew the soldiers in front of Reus.
Far behind, about tens of meters visible Kynel is the cause of the stone mound. He stomped his staff to the ground with all his might just a moment ago.
"I know it! We are not as strong as you who can finish off a number of 200s leveled royal troops alone! Give us some time!"
Kynel loudly exclaimed in spite of Reus' words that sounded insinuating. Dunk agreed to Kynel's appeal but did not dare to voice it. He only covered his mouth before advancing on beating the enemies one by one.
Crystina also did not miss, she ran up to Reus while carrying the Great Grega on her shoulders. He raised his sword before exerting a Swing horizontally splitting the soldiers who were trying to attack Reus.
"Chairman Crystina, have you got any idea of Xavier's powers?"
"Yes, my opponent defeated him by about 70% if he exerted all my strength in one-on-one."
"Well, then I'll take care of his croc enemies after replenishing the Energy."
After saying so Reus took out a few bottles of high-leveled Energy Potions for him to consume, while Crystina kept him from the opponent's attack until Reus recovered before returning to his rampage.
Reus took out a sword from the Inventory and grasped it in his left hand activating Dual Wielding. The sword was black-bladed with a bright red flame motif on its blade.
Reus drew the sword forward before shouting out loud.
"Inferno!"
