146. A Lesson IV
After about half an hour since the start of the one-sided massacre, Reus had finished off over a hundred Gaia's Tree members through his sword slash, while Bull himself had already eliminated a number not inferior to Reus.
Although his opponents were level at an average of 120 and above, most of them were just ordinary players without Special-Class. Reus occasionally exerted the magic he obtained from Blackstar without using Black Form, he felt that he did not need the skill to exterminate the members of Gaia's Tree.
Other members came to the entrance gate to provide assistance, but in fact their assistance was not so influential for the combination of Reus and Bull working together. Reus with his sword ability is unbeatable in close range, while Bull is able to finish off several opponents at once in one powerful slash.
"So, you have no intention of giving up or leaving Gaia's Tree?"
Reus raised his eyebrows realizing none of his enemies had any intention of retreating.
Actually these Gaia's Tree members were afraid of facing Reus who had slaughtered so many of their comrades, but they were more afraid of the threat that Gaia's Tree posed. One of them said this out loud before being killed by his own friend who was a loyal member of Gaia's Tree.
"Alright, I'll give you a gift if so."
Reus sighed, then stuck his sword into the ground while exerting Swordmaster Aura on his opponent, leaving most of the Gaia's Tree members feeling terrified. Their status was also reduced by 10%, while those who were armed with swords were exposed to a 30% reduction in status thanks to Reus's skill.
Reus' gaze turned cold staring at all of them, exerting a considerable killing intent.
"I warn you once again, especially for members who are not Immortal Being! Throw away your weapons and step behind me if you don't want to die!"
Reus' words were loud enough to be heard by everyone there. Almost all the NPCs on Gaia's Tree's side did not think twice about throwing away their weapons and running towards Reus' rear.
"You better not do anything suspicious while standing there."
Dunk and Kynel immediately appear and threaten the members of Gaia's Tree who turn their sides to Reus, neither of them will let either of these NPCs stab Reus from behind.
The problem was that there was already a Bull beside Reus, of course no one dared to do such a thing after seeing the ability of the Minotaur carrying this huge axe, he said, even if they have ten times the courage, they will not dare.
The members of Gaia's Tree clucked in annoyance not to hide the displeasure of seeing so many of their fellow traitors. This was not something to be surprised by Reus considering it was Gaia's Tree that threatened their freedom, it was only natural that they would take this opportunity to be free from the Legion.

One such sentence made the Gaia's Tree members who heard it react, they raised their weapons and began to attack. Although it was unlikely that they would kill Reus with all the NPCs behind him accompanied by the Bull's presence, they still did not want to die without a fight.
Reus himself did not call for their arrival, he just closed his eyes and concentrated, then the ground at a distance of about 25 meters in front of Reus gave off a half-circular golden-grey colored light.

Not quite getting there, Reus darted towards them along with Blackstar he had removed from the ground using Sprint which caused the range of his Joker Filed – Mountain of Swords to expand, causing his Joker Filed to extend, finish off more members of Gaia's Tree.
'I only have seven seconds!'
Not content enough to know that not all members of Gaia's Tree were killed by the rain of thousands of swords from below, Reus then changed the imagination he used to form Joker Field.
"Ultimate Skill: Joker Field – Death Snare!"
The thousands of swords that emerged from the ground turned into hundreds of large black thorny plant root tendrils that quickly caught the remaining members of Gaia's Tree, then pulled it into the range of Joker Field.
The Joker Field's time lasted only two seconds, making Reus once again change his imagination.
"Ultimate Skill: Joker Field – Purgatory!"
The roots of the huge black-colored hunting plant instantly turned into a white-colored giant flame, burning everyone who had managed to be brought into range.
As the time of Joker Field's use reached its limit, the gigantic white flame that burned the entire person within its reach disappeared, disappearing, leaving behind burning ash and thousands of flying blue pixels filled the night sky for a few moments.
Everyone who witnessed it was simply dumbfounded speechlessly, Dunk and Kynel who stood far away from the scene of the massacre were unable to comment. Their eyes glared violently not expecting Reus to even have that watery skill.
On the other hand as everyone glared watching the one-sided slaughter, Reus realized his Energy parameters were only a few percent left. He then consumed some Energy Potions to recover his Energy, aided by the spare Energy he stored on the Energy Stack.
This he did because he realized there were several members of Gaia's Tree left, even if not as much as before still the number of hundreds he could not destroy at once alone.
"What the fuck...."
"Monster...."
"We cannot win...."
One by one the surviving members of Gaia's Tree lost their fighting spirit. They could see for themselves the power of Reus who could annihilate hundreds of enemies in an instant, those who numbered no more than a quarter of the previous amount then it was impossible to give any meaningful resistance.
In the end almost all of the remaining Gaia's Tree members threw away their weapons, especially the NPCs who only had one life. Many players who give up do not want to be killed and lose their level further.
"It's quite exhausting...."
Reus who had just recovered some of his Energy sighed in relief while rubbing his forehead, his gaze then led to the remains of the surrendered Gaia's Tree members. The look in Reus' eyes that led to them gave off a great feeling of fear, especially to the NPCs.
