Orbis Online
201. The Sky Without the Sun

The first thing Reus did after breaking away from the wall was to drink the best potion he had to recover his HP and Energy. It was not until it fully recovered, but it was at least enough to exert Black Cloud once or twice.

While Reus was recovering his HP as well as his strength, Dungeon Boss, the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue was probably the result of a change from the Wallface of the Seven Dragon King, the, just silently looked at Reus from a distance without moving a single kerkilpun.

"She's waiting for me to recover, observing my weakness, or underestimating my true self?"

Dahi Reus shriveled when he found out the opponent in the form of a giant four-headed dragon statue did nothing to him when he had the opportunity.

Reus was grateful to be given time to recuperate, but at the same time did not accept being underestimated so far as to be considered a worthless insect.

Reus shook his head to get rid of the useless thoughts in the fight, he then drew a series of self-soothing breaths before examining his condition.

Currently the effects of both Dragon Power and Dragon Spirit had disappeared after the time of use had run out. It was a pity considering the effects of both skills were very helpful, but at least Reus still had approximately 500% additional status from Dragon Incarnation and Dragonman Form.

The energy needed to activate these two skills is not a little, but the ability can not be doubted—although the risk after the use of Dragonman Form makes Reus dizzy seven circumference.

"There's still about five minutes before the Dragon Incarnation deadline."

Reus sighed softly while muttering so. Now he was calmer than when he was in a hurry to finish off his opponent. It was undeniable considering that there was only less than 2 minutes left before the duration of Dragon Power and Dragon Spirit reached its limit.

Reus's gaze shifted towards the black sword in his left hand which almost fell from him when he was thrown. Luckily Reus has Psychokinesis that is able to manipulate both inanimate and living objects so that it can pull Blackstar back before Black Form is released.

"If more than ten seconds are left of my hands, I will not be confident against this one Dungeon Boss."

After saying so, Reus then turned his attention towards the Dungeon Boss, the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue who had been standing upright waiting for him to attack.

Reus sighed for a moment while skipping around preparing for his next move, then suddenly lowered his knees taking a dash of running before defying the floor and darting as fast as lightning.

   "I'm coming!"

Aided by his self-directed Psychokinesis and his now higher Dex status of about 500% of his normal, Reus' speed is inhuman. The young man was running at supersonic speed.

Although his speed was beyond the normal standard, the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue could see and react to Reus' movements easily. The two heads of the giant dragon statue released laser flashes of light towards Reus just like before.

With a clearer and calmer mind, Reus was able to read the laser attack and dodge it, without even having to activate the Laplace Forecast. He simply activated Adrenaline Mode as he himself had a little trouble looking around in his running speed now.

It didn't take more than three seconds, Reus was already right under the dragon statue's neck with a wide smile.

"Definitely the difficulty is not because your opponent is small? But, I will not waste my profits! Swing! Energy Wave!"

Deploying Swing and Energy Wave on one of his attacks, Reus launched a slash in the form of a wave of energy from below that successfully hit the chin of one of the statue's heads using Balmung.

Reus's attack was not as powerful as some time before considering that Dragon Power and Dragon Spirit were still in recovery condition, but it was enough to give his opponent a shock as well as bring down HP in plain sight.

   "The defense is crazy."

Reus smiled wryly with such an attack that had been strengthened by at least 500%, the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue's HP had only reduced by no more than two percent. His defense as a statue that could also be said to be a golem, let alone made of stone, was indeed not playful.

The four-headed dragon statue realized Reus's whereabouts right underneath thanks to the attack just now, the two leisurely heads immediately pointed their mouths and fired another laser at Reus.

Unfortunately with the speed of the move as well as the clarity of his mind now, Reus was able to predict the attack and avoid it even without Laplace Forecast or Adrenaline Mode.

   "The laser is too dangerous."

Instantly also the movements of the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue came to a halt.

"Stun Potions are indeed the best in a fight like this! Viva Stun Potion!"

Reus was eager to exclaim and jump up and down to see his Stun Potion even able to freeze the movements of a level 380 opponent, but this opportunity certainly did not want Reus wasted.

He dashed slightly closer to one of the legs of the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue and landed six consecutive slashes with a pair of swords shrouded in black smoke with all his might.

   "Swings! Black Cloud's!"

Braakk!!

The crackling sound echoed so loudly to all corners of the room. It can be known that the attack in the form of six slashes does provide enormous damage, but unfortunately the energy consumption is really directly proportional.

Using Black Cloud successfully re-draining Energy Reus until it reached a dangerous number. Thanks to that Reus was currently only able to exert Black Cloud once more before his entire Energy depleted was left.

"But that won't stop me! Black Cloud's!"

Reus once again floated Black Cloud at the same spot ensuring the giant leg collapsed.

Sure enough, there was a huge crack just after Reus landed the first Black Cloud, then Reus aimed for the same place as one of his strongest attacks and ended up being destroyed. The Four-Headed Dragon King Statue that had lost one leg instantly collapsed smashing onto the floor shook the entire Dungeon.

Maybe some people will think that Reus died hit by a giant body weighing tens to hundreds of tons, but thanks to his skills and quick decision making he could survive.

"I thought I'd be so flattened to be hit by a rock that big!"

Reus heaved a sigh of relief to find his body still intact without any significant injuries with a small smile feeling himself only a paper-thin distance with the Orbis Online death penalty just now.

Speed, Dex Reus status is indeed one of the highest status that allows Reus to move as fast as lightning, let alone be increased to 500% with the Dragonman Form, which allows Reus to move as fast as lightning, but as soon as he did, Reus felt unsure that he could escape death like he had just the next time.

Feeling unable to move that fast to escape from the impact of the giant stone weighing hundreds of tons, a way flashed in the mind of Reus though not entirely sure will succeed.

Reus kicked a stone from the foot of the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue that happened to be near his foot quite far away, then just before the giant body of the dragon-headed statue fell he deployed Hyper Switch which made him able to switch places with other objects he had touched.

Kicking even includes touching even though not directly.

The Four-Headed Dragon King was shocked to learn that one of its legs was broken and unusable. As smart as any golem if it does not have sensory nerves then it will not feel pain.

Seeing his opponent fall down without a fight, Reus' lips curled a wide smile at the four-headed giant dragon statue. He then deployed Psychokinesis to fly towards the figure of the stone golem.

   "Eat this, goddamn statue!"

Reus lifted Balmung, which was now shrouded in a kind of thin black smoke as high as possible. The sword gave off an intense black aura that quickly gathered and enveloped Balmung, making a long black blade that pierced through the ceiling of the room.

Not wanting to waste more time and opportunity, Reus swung Balmung with all his might down with all his might, intending to split the two giant bodies of the stone golem in one strike.

"Black Sky Sword Art Series: Second Form – Sunless Sky!

When Balmung's long black blade touched the Four-Headed Dragon King Statue's gigantic body, a huge explosion was created with thunderous sounds and violent shocks engulfing the entire Dungeon.
