143. A Lesson

   "You're sure this is really the right time to look for blatant trouble with a Legion?"

   "Just relax, I know what I'm doing."

After planning an attack on Gaia's Tree, Reus and Ikshan went to several stores in Alvast to buy so many materials, both materials to make Potions and repair Equip.

Although the Reus group did not have a comparable amount to Gaia's Tree, they had Reus who could make an unlimited variety of Potions as long as the ingredients were available. They also do not need to fear the supplies and Dur of their weapons, Ikshan is able to repair any Equip in an instant as long as the level is not too high and has materials.

Initially Reus wanted to buy all of these materials at Orbis Forum, but the available stock did not meet his expectations. In the end Reus and Ikshan were forced to buy so much material from the shops in Alvast at a slightly more expensive price.

Both understand the risks of buying this way can focus Gaia's Tree's attention as well as Alvast's leader on both, but this was the only way for them to be able to fight a Legion despite being outnumbered and outclassed by quality.

   "Reus, have you been able to concoct a status-enhancing potion?"

During training under Randolf's supervision, Reus not only practiced swordsmanship, but he also trained his Alchemy skills to a certain degree. At least he wouldn't be lacking in basic Potions like HP Potion, Energy Potion, and Vigor Potion.

Initially Reus himself was confused by the explanation of the Alchemy skill that suddenly changed when he experienced an increase, but he himself was quite accustomed to the various forms and recipes of Potions.

After buying so much material from the shops in Alvast, Reus and Ikshan returned to the inn they booked.

   "Have you got the things you wanted?"

Dunk greeted the two in front of a ramshackle inn with Kynel whose faces were wrinkled. Reus and Ikshan nodded softly not explaining anything, considering that the four were still outside the inn at this time.

They entered the room that Reus and Ikshan had rented, wanting to prepare an attack plan against the Alvast branch of Gaia's Tree.

About three days after the planning of the Gaia's Tree attack was prepared, the night Reus and his friends were ready in their respective positions. They wear robes and all-black masks with various Equips behind them.

Dunk and Kynel guard the entrance gate of Gaia's Tree headquarters, both hiding in a standby manner in the buildings around the entrance gate.

Different from Dunk and Kynel, Ikshan infiltrated into the Gaia's Tree region of the Alvast branch examining the number as well as strength of the members inside. For Ikshan who was once a Ninja this is not something that is difficult, especially after changing his class into a Phantom Reaper and getting Sneak special status.

Blaarr!!

Not long after Ikshan had secretly entered the Gaia's Tree region, a huge explosion was created around the Legion's entrance gate, leaving the attention of most of the Gaia's Tree members distracted.

   "The distraction is so hot."

Ikshan gave a dry smile looking at the source of the explosion from a roof of a building for a while before moving back in the dark of the night.

At the center of Gaia's Tree chaos, precisely at the entrance gate, a black-robed figure equipped with a distinctive half-face skull mask and a black sword in hand stepped lightly through the flames around.

The Gaia's Tree members who had reached the scene of the chaos immediately prepared weapons and smashed them at the cloaked figure before some of them ran into the flames along with their respective weapons.

The cloaked figure smiled coldly looking at the people who were running to him before creating five semi-transparent black swords which were then put together and grabbed by his hand side, which was the same, then slashing one by one the opponents who came to him in a short period of time.

The entire opponent who came to him lay motionless on the ground before some of them turned into thousands of pixel bits and disappeared from Orbis Online for some time, while the rest remained lying on a puddle of fresh blood.

   "Are they not players and NPCs level 120s and above?! How could it be defeated in an instant?!"

   "Obviously because of the difference in levels!"

   "Stupid, if there are high-leveled players or NPCs we can definitely know once he enters Alvast!"

None of the Gaia's Tree members dared to advance after some of their members were defeated in an instant, whereas the opponent that frightened them kept stepping lightly.

Reus, the player behind the cloaked figure as well as the half-face skull mask smiled slightly looking at the members of Gaia's Tree in front of him.

   'This coward dares to troublemaker everywhere?'

Reus sighed softly looking doubtfully to finish off the people before him, his motivation crushing Gaia's Tree Alvast branch shrank. He did think of the possibility that these Legion members would only obey orders because of threats like Mirage and his companions, but at least killing them once could be said to be redemption.

After a while Gaia's Tree reinforcements arrived at the venue, they consisted of several players of level 150 and above. Most were armed at close range, but not a few of them were Mage-class.

   "Was the intruder?"

One of the stern-faced men asked one of the members while pointing at Reus wanting to be sure, although Reus could not be spelled out as an intruder right now. Reus could see the player's cursor hovering above the man's head.

   "Heh, a level 200 player, huh? Are you the head of Gaia's Tree Alvast branch?"

The man's forehead shriveled slightly when he heard Reus' sudden apron. He could tell this figure of Reus was a player of his sentence alone.

   "Right, my name is Rosevince, chairman of Gaia's Tree Alvast branch. Which Legion are you from? What's the matter of your Legion attacking Gaia's Tree?"

Rosevince's gaze shifted to Reus with a cold eye with a large killing intent, the weapon in the form of a two-handed greatsword on his back was also ready to be pulled and cut if necessary.

Reus smiled cynically in response to Rosevince's question.

   "Don't get me wrong, it's you who are looking for us. We're just retaliating, do you think we're wrong?"

Rosevince pulled the large sword on his back before starting to run towards Reus with his sword.

   "Of course you are guilty of attacking our Legion!"

Reus again sighed not understanding the logic of the mind of the Gaia's Tree members. Not only its members but until the branch chairman was already rotten. Reus raised his left hand towards Rosevince from a distance.

   "You don't deserve to be left alive."

Right after saying so, Rosevince's body suddenly crashed backwards to hit several members of Gaia's Tree behind him, shocking everyone in the place.

Their attention was all focused on Reus being able to knock out Rosevince, a 200s player, just by raising his hand. Obviously they don't know what's really going on.
