118. The Sage of Nature

   ""God Horen?!""

Reus and Ikshan who could no longer contain his shock screamed reflexively, but their voices were not so loud that they were heard throughout this residence. At least it was just a hallway in front of their room.

Harleina simply smiled wryly in response to the reaction of the two before explaining a little about her current state.

The form of the deer spirit that is in the presence of Reus and Ikshan now is only as an intermediary, the original figure of Harleina remains at the top of Mount Horen. He could not get out of there because there was a magic that made him unable to get out of his residence.

Harleina also explains that she is not a god as is considered by the people of Huroud, but only a hermit who happens to live on the top of the mountain. As a hermit Harleina had lived for several hundred years, even before Mount Horen was inhabited by Snow Trolls and Yetis.

He used to be able to live freely wherever he wanted, but several hundred years ago Harleina was sealed by one of the top brass of his nemesis group who was thought to have been destroyed. Thanks to the seal he could not go more than a hundred meters from his residence at the top of Mount Horen.

   "Ah, I'm sorry, I told you an unnecessary story."

Harleina chuckles knowing she is telling too much to bring her personal feelings, but Reus and Ikshan's response is completely unexpected. The two listened to her story carefully and asked her to tell him further.

He was confused to get an inappropriate reaction, but Harleina continued the story.

Actually Harleina did not mind not being able to leave the top of Horen, but the problem is that the group again made a mess in Plainfest. The strength of this group was extremely strong, even stronger than before. This was realized several decades ago.

Although the chaos in Plainfest caused by them was not so great, Harleina knew their true purpose was to weaken Plainfest as a whole before invading it massively.

   "Do these groups have a name or a name? Maybe I know that."

Reus knew a few things about the Plainfest past of Arshwind before he was killed, one of which was a group intent on bringing the world into darkness. Could it be that the enemy Harleina faced was the same group in Arshwind's explanation.

Reus sighed when he found out, while Ikshan raised his eyebrows slightly seeing Reus' unnatural reaction.

   "Wait a minute, do you know Arshwind The Anarchy Lord?"

When Reus asked the question, Harleina's reindeer expression was shocked to death, but it was only for a moment. He then walked up to Reus' bed and looked at him deeply.

   "You know Arshwind?!"

   "Y-yeah, we've met in a Dungeon."

Harleina's eyes sparkled, and Reus told her story when he met the Dragon. Harleina skips around a little while walking to form a small circle on the floor as Reus finishes his story. He was very happy to hear the news of Arshwind.

   "So long ago he hasn't changed."

He then explained that Arshwind used to be one of his traveling companions. Previously Harleina and Arshwind, but behind it Arshwind was only controlled by someone from the Order of Chaos. After Harleina and her comrades liberated Arshwind, the Dragon accompanied their journey for many years in order to defeat the Order of Chaos.

After the Order of Chaos was destroyed—or at least their assumption at that time—group Harleina decided to split up and split up to various corners of the world.

Harleina himself decided to inhabit the top of Mount Horen because he likes tranquility and nature, so he often interacts with animals and plants, considering its own class is Sage of Nature—Pertapa Nature which allows it to communicate with animals and plants.

Sage of Nature is a Special-Class class that players have never heard of as far as the Orbis Online release is concerned, but Reus and Ikshan understand that the Sage of Nature is actually one of the classes that players class as the lost ancient class, the Ancient-Class.

The information regarding the Ancient-Class itself was quite vague and doubtful of its existence among players as this level class was never discovered and was only known from one of the ancient documents in an extinct kingdom. Until now, neither players nor NPCs with Ancient-Class classes have been found.

   'So there's such a story behind Arshwind.'

Reus himself smiled wryly at the hidden story of Arshwind that he had never known. He thought Arshwind was once an evil Dragon who wiped out many cities that were then sealed by a hero in Chaos Lair, but his guess was far off.

   "So, what do you want until you come here? Are you asking us to destroy the Order of Chaos?"

   "Not really, I just want to thank you for protecting this city. Well, if you're gonna do it, there's nothing to lose to me either."

   "Because it's as one of the twelve Sages chosen, I'll give something pretty good to you guys."

While saying that Harleina raised her front legs trying to puff her body, but she forgot that her current form was a deer-shaped spirit. Reus and Ikshan smiled wryly watching that.

From inside Harleina's chest came two greenish balls of light that floated towards Reus and Ikshan. When it reached the lap of the two, the ball of light disappeared and dropped some small items. The two blinked a few times not knowing what all this was.

When Ikshan wanted to ask, Harleina immediately raised her voice explaining the items.

In Ikshan's lap were several permanent reinforcement Items that Harleina herself could consume, an Emblem Skill, as well as a necklace that allowed Ikshan to change his class without having to incur a class replacement penalty.

   "You're a Ninja, aren't you? Then a weapon of that size will definitely bother you, so I thought I'd give that class necklace to you."

Ikshan himself widened his eyes at Harleina's explanation, then immediately checked the class necklace.

Harleina then explained more about the Phantom Reaper class.

So far, Warrior class users or other large weapons users often complain about the weight of their weapons and speed that is lacking in combat, but this class ignores the problem.

The Phantom Reaper was able to shrink the size of the weapons they used using his innate skill, the Handy Weapon. This is also beneficial for those who want to take classes whose main ability is to settle down because users will get special status, namely Sneak— which means sneaking.

With that special status, class users will still be able to continue their stealthy style of play and can fight directly against enemies such as Swordsman or Warrior.

   "Class Special-Class!"

Ikshan's hand shook violently in the unlikely event that there was a class that fused the abilities of two opposing classes. In addition to matching his Ninja class, the Phantom Reaper will also provide great destruction power. He could not imagine how terrifying the class he had received was.

Ikshan then used the Phantom Reaper Class Necklace and changed his own class without experiencing a class change penalty. This really amazed him, even Reus himself could not say anything watching Ikshan.

   "Then for you, Reus."

When his name was called Reus immediately turned his gaze on Harleina who was looking into his eyes deeply, for some reason. The silver-haired player gulped his own saliva.

   "Are you aware that the sword you used during this time—Blackstar— was a spoiled sword from one of the supreme commanders of the Order of Chaos, Gespent De'arin?"

The look in Harleina's eyes this time was serious, as if she was interrogating and ripping Reus' soul apart.
