62. Livetuna Collapse

After a long day of shopping with Haris, Deus immediately returned to his apartment with some luggage. Because he was from the outside, of course he bought his monthly needs such as soap, odol, shampoo, and others.

Arriving at the apartment Deus immediately put all his luggage where it should be, then lay down and drown himself in a mattress. He felt tired from walking everywhere around the large mall building. For him who is not very good in the field of sports, his legs feel quite sore.

Muttering that, Deus picked up his new phone and opened the Orbis Forum to check if Orbis Online had finished the update or not. He is not addicted to playing Orbis Online, it's just that the game is really fun and profitable for him.

Deus, which has been transformed into Reus, is currently in the center of Livetuna—, an early city in Orbis Online. He looked around, but things had changed since the last time he came here.

   "Fightout? Did the update really update this?"

Reus was a little confused when he saw the city of Livetuna which was seen experiencing the scars of battle. Some buildings and public properties such as seats, stalls owned by NPCs, fences, and so on suffered damage that can be said to be quite severe.

Seeing this, Reus began to think about what possibilities he could take to deduce a hypothesis about the current state of Livetuna. He stopped in the middle of the road and frowned.

Half a minute passed, Reus got two possibilities that could be the cause of this unpleasant situation.

One, the Orbis Online update done by Deraft Corporation accidentally destroyed Livetuna. But what is this done for? What was the chronology and cause until the Deraft Corporation did something like this? That question was still a big question mark in Reus' mind.

   "The second is the failure of the players."

The biggest possibility is the second, which is the failure of Orbis Online players. Before Reus log out the players still deal a little with the village of Viredeta which is the center of the headquarters of the mob monster army.

It was possible that the war was just a diversion for the players so went to the village of Viredeta for the great powers to be concentrated there, while the actual troops took a round route leading to Livetuna. When viewed from the route of the players who only walked straight up to the village, the possibility of this is very large.

Although the guess is true, is the mob monster army able to attack Livetuna which has Livetuna's Defensive Army— NPC defense forces in Livetuna city? When viewed from the strength of the mob monster army in the previous war this assumption is very small, but if there is an army that is much stronger than that army then it is no wonder Livetuna to be this severe.

Thinking that, Reus frowned realizing why he was not aware of such a simple thing? Hadn't he fought off a horde of Goblins and Hobgoblins in the Wolf Plains not far from Livetuna? Why did he not consider that fact before deciding to follow Raid to the village of Viredeta?

   "I'm really stupid."

Reus cursed himself realizing his stupidity regarding such little information. Even though he had faced the small group of Goblins and Hobgoblins directly, he even underestimated this.

   "Hmm? Messages?"

In the midst of his activities, Reus found a letter icon flickering in the view of his right. He was a little confused, who was sending him messages at times like this? Therefore Reus opened the message using [Command Voice : Mail].

As soon as he finished reading the message that had just entered, Reus widened his eyes as wide as he could not believe what he was reading. Special-class? How could he possibly meet the criteria of a Special-Class-level class that he was not even aware of?

However, it was not clear what Special-Class criteria he could take. It makes him a little confused. But he doesn't have time to do that right now.

   "It turns out my second guess was true, huh?"

Reus pulled Blackstar from his back putting up ready-to-fight horses as soon as he realized he was surrounded by several Goblin Warrior— - one type of Goblin that used melee weapons such as swords, axes, axes, or mace and have fighting abilities that can make players hassles.

   'In times like this Black Form can not even be used.'

Reus could only complain about that in his heart while focusing his concentration on the number of opponents he was currently facing. Even if it was just a Goblin, he could not underestimate any weak opponent.

When Reus was distressed about his unfavorable position, he could see a purple glint coming from behind him. He wanted to be surprised, but it was a pity before being surprised because Reus had already widened his eyes to see what happened to the Goblin Warriors who were his opponents.

A quarter of them had already lost their lives thanks to a lightning strike from a player who looked like an Assassin-class. Behind the group of Goblin Warriors is the figure of the player who saved Reus just now.

Assassin's figure with a minimum of skin with a red scarf covering his mouth and nose, a long blonde ponytail along his waist, and a dark red eye like ruby. He grasped a pair of shiny silver twin blades 25 centimeters long.

Reus recognized the figure. He is the player who gives directions to the Ten store when Reus just entered the world of Orbis Online. A figure that is very useful for the development of the avatar Reus until now.
