24. The Noisy Brother

Reus' meeting with the five party members inside Lafos cave caused a stir. How not? Mirage suddenly just shouted ‘kakak’ when meeting Reus made this silver-haired Swordman confused.

“Hm? Have I ever known you?”

“It's me! Mira, Almira Laendra! Sister time not knowing!?”

Mirage immediately grabbed Reus' collar and shook him tightly. While Mirage shook herself vigorously, Reus stared at this player named Mirage kindly. After ten seconds, he finally realizes that Mirage is indeed his biological sister, Almira.

“The sister's brother should have the strength of love bonds between families, so it can be different dong!”

“Shut! Your brother is talking here!”

Mirage took off Reus' collar and showed a stream of electricity between the two brothers' faces. Indeed Reus is not so upset, but now he is in the game world he can do something that can make his brother is deterred because it has been disrespectful to his own brother.

While the two of them were fighting with their mouths, the other four players could only smile wryly at the quarrel of the siblings' characters in this real world. Rarely do they find there are brothers fighting to disturb the ears like these two people.

Reus showed a serious look to the five players before him so that made them shudder for a moment even Mirage was also scared. Well, Reus will not want to let go of the opportunity to get this much money in one transaction—although most likely HP Potion I that he will sell will fall buyers.

“H-just like that?”

“Yes, I got it by accident while taking the Quest that gathered Herb Leaf. So cool to collect Herb Leaf I even plucked it up to more than 3000 sheets.”

“We received a Quest from an NPC to help someone here. Could it be Brother Deus?”

“Edmund, here call me Reus. I don't want my real identity to be spread intentionally or unintentionally.”

“Sorry.”

Reus was quite curious about the Quest they were on so decided to ask about the details. After being explained and hearing that this Quest was from an NPC named Nezile, Reus sighed and stated that the person in question in this Quest was him.

The five players showed their shock—especially Mirage. It was unexpected that the contents of this Quest they received helped people they knew.

“J-so big brother also took the Quest of the NPC Nezile, huh?”

“Yes, that's it. He asked me to save his son from the hands of Gnome bandits who he said lived here.”

Hearing the Gnome bandits, Mirage and his friends explain what these Gnome bandits really are to Reus.

Gnome bandits are a group that is often found in the Plainfest continent and its form is a Dwarf NPC. These were a group of criminals banished from the great Dwarf kingdom that was to the southeast of the Plainfest continent.

In most mythologies or legends, Dwarves are often described as tenacious and qualified craftsmen, Orbis Online also takes on this basic concept. In the world of Orbis Online almost every Dwarf has Smithing and Crafting skill level so it is not surprising that the great kingdom of Dwarves has many great weapons. It used to be that most professional and veteran players were found there in search of great weapons and equipment.

Actually quite often players kill Dwarf rice NPCs because they want to drop items in the form of Skill Emblem containing Smithing that can provide Smithing skills to users. But it was because of this that neither players nor human rice NPCs could barely set foot into the Dwarf kingdom.

Although the players who committed assassinations against the NPCs of the Dwarf race were not only humans, but those who were often caught killing the Dwarf NPCs were indeed humans. Such was the story of how the gap was formed between the Dwarf race and the humans in the Orbis Online.

After hearing the story of the Dwarf and human feud in Orbis Online from Mirage and friends, instead of being disappointed Reus looked very excited. His eyes twinkled showing his spirit was at the top.

“K-sister, why are you suddenly getting excited? Big brother's head hit something, huh?”

“Not so my stupid sister. If this Gnome Bandit is Dwarven, there is a possibility that we can get the Smithing Skill Emblem.”

Mirage gave a small nod approving of Reus' words, but these two real-world brothers started a war of words once the sister realized there was a ‘dickle slip of my stupid’ from Reus' words. In addition to these two noisy players the other four took the Popcorn food Item from the Inventory and ate it while waiting for this little drama to end.
