At the royal palace, the atmosphere of the throne room became so silent thanks to someone who had just brought bad news to all of them. The news contained nothing but the death of their Elite Knight leader, Xavier Desgnar.
Xavier's death caused the nobles and kings to panic a little, Xavier was the strongest person they could rely on to capture the Immortal Being who was released from captivity.
"Rolfgar, what about Rolfgar? Is he still alive?"
"Mr Rolfgar is still alive but his condition is critical."
"Critical? How come?"
The bearer of the news immediately explained what he knew. According to witnesses, Rolfgar's opponent was an Immortal Being who wanted the king to capture. Rolfgar had put up a hard fight even able to subvert it but, his opponent had a lot of Potion supplies so as to be able to recover in a short time.
After recovering, Rolfgar's opponent actively gave a powerful attack in a row using unknown science by the warrior.
"They said that the sword of Lord Rolfgar's opponent had been covered in black smoke when attacking but after fighting Lord Rolfgar, this young man did not exert a similar attack."
The bearer of the news continued his words as he had received from the soldiers who had returned from the battle until the king stopped him.
"Wait a minute, you said he could fly without wings?"
"Yes, my King."
"Are you really sure he's human? As I recall there has never been a human being able to fly without auxiliary tools, except using Sylph-like wind magic. Even if he is capable, his magic power should be eleven twelve with Sylph."
"Yes, Your Majesty. The witness said he was truly human, he was able to fly and hold back the more than 1,000 reinforcements we sent alone."
Neither the king nor the people present in the throne room could say anything, their mouths moving wanting to say something but no sound came out. They wanted to say that the bearer of news or witnesses overreacted, but when they remembered the power of Xavier or Rolfgar, it was impossible for their opponents to do so.
The king sat on his throne touching his chin, thinking hard how to catch someone that strong.
"My king, what about the Elite Knight? Wouldn't it be if they were moving in groups, catching this guy was possible?"
"No, I don't want to take any chances. The number of our Elite Knights is only about 50 plus Xavier, Rolfgar, as well as two others who have died at their hands before. We can't lose more Elite Knights."
The nobles in the room were now silenced, they just remembered that the two Elite Knights who had previously been sent to take care of their opponents ended up dead. If only Xavier the leader of the Elite Knight and Rolfgar could not overcome this problem, how could the other Elite Knights be able to solve it?
The Lavore Kingdom side had already lost so much combat power, losing more Elite Knights would be a hard blow to them.
After the throne room was occupied by silence for quite a while, the king sighed heavily before rising up from his throne, seizing the attention of the people around.
"I'll go and negotiate with him."
The king's statement surprised everyone in the room, they hurriedly approached and wanted to stop the old man but they had not yet approached further, the king let out an aura that made them asphyxiate and fall to their knees to the floor.
They looked at the confused king not understanding what was happening but one thing they knew, no one could stop their king's move now.

It had been a few hours since the battle between Reus' group against the soldiers of Lavore Kingdom, not a single side seemed to be winning the battle.
Lavore Kingdom's side had lost hundreds of soldiers so far but their sheer numbers as well as the relentless army of aid were putting pressure on it, whereas in Reus' own group there had been no casualties despite losing many Restoring Items instead.
"Reus, can you still fight?"
"Yes, chief Crystina herself? Still able to move?"
"More or less, when compared to the two people behind us is still much better."
Crystina glanced at Kynel and Dunk who looked so tired, sweat and blood bathed both bodies. Their stamina was already at the threshold, as well as Kynel's Energy that had continuously deployed earth magic until the Reus-giving Energy Potion was exhausted.
Dunk was also no less sad, his body was covered in wounds even though it began to slowly disappear, his strength was currently nothing with a ten-year-old child. If not for the Vigor Potion and HP Potion that Reus had given him earlier, then Dunk would have long since died at the hands of the soldiers.
Reus sighed for a moment while looking at the two players behind him before taking out two bottles of Vigor Potion. One he consumed himself while one more bottle he threw at Crystina who swiftly caught it.
"Reus, I still have about five bottles of your gift before. Vigor Potion is one of the precious Potions, aren't you too wasteful Potion if this is the case?"
"Chairman Crystina, the effectiveness of Vigor Potion will decrease as we consume it in succession. It is better to save or consume the Potion for the future, my stamina has begun to run out."
Crystina was a little confused not to understand the meaning of Reus' words but she obeyed him, Crystina drank the Potion out in a few gulps. Stamina Crystina immediately recovered to about 30% of her in an instant.
Reus himself did not care much about what Crystina did to the Vigor Potion, preferring to focus his attention on the large group of troops that had just arrived. Their number is at least not less than 200 with different equipment from other troops.
"A big batch of Elite Knights? You kidding?"
Based on his experience facing the Elite Knight to date, starting from Brandon to the last Rolfgar, there was no easy fight. If it wasn't draining his energy and HP, then his Energy would have disappeared instead.
According to Reus's estimation this average Elite Knight had a level of around 230 and above, considering Brandon and Xavier's levels were quite high.
It was indeed possible for Reus to face a few Elite Knights alone but instead, he would lose his life or even worse lose one of the Dragon series equipment that Arshwind gave him.
Reus then turned his gaze to the Dragon Slayer Sword whose condition was now quite apprehensive.

"I guess there's only a few more swings left before this sword is destroyed."
Reus biting his lips looking at the status of Dur's sword in his hand was, a little annoyed at not being strong enough to use the Dragon Slayer Sword. Even though he was capable of status, it was still that the real barrier was that Level Requirement Sword.
As long as Reus had yet to reach level 280, then the status of the Dur Dragon Slayer Sword would more quickly diminish as high as his Vit status. It still took him about 130 more levels for him to swing the Dragon Slayer Sword without worrying about the sword Dur thinning rapidly.

Reus has stockpiled all the CP—Customize Point— that he got from leveling up since changing his class to Freelancer, plus the Dragon Blood Gist he had consumed before now he had around 400 CP unused.
Reus consumed his 250 for Dex status, while the other 100 CP he used on Str, then the rest was allocated to Vit status. That's why Reus' speed increased rapidly when dealing with Xavier before Crystina took over the fight.
As Reus' attention was diverted by the Dur Dragon Slayer Sword's status, the sound of trumpets and drums now filled the space between the air, making Reus and Crystina so wary. The view of Kynel and Dunk also can not be separated from the direction of the noise.
The troops who had just arrived began to form ranks as the sound of trumpets and drums tempo, paving the way for certain people who did not look like soldiers.
There was a person dressed in luxury who was escorted by six well-equipped soldiers slightly different from the others walking closer to Reus' group. It was likely that this one person who was different by himself was an important person, while the other six people were Elite Knights chosen.
They continued walking fearlessly until they were only about ten meters away from Reus.
Reus and Crystina had already raised their swords each preparing to exert a skill before an elderly man dressed in the most luxurious amongst the group exclaimed.
"Let down your weapons, great warriors! I didn't come here to fight but to negotiate!"
