66. The Heaven Throne

After being shocked by the news of a great war between players with thousands of mob monster troops in the village of Viredeta, the world of Orbis Online once again receives two shocking news.

First, about the collapse of the early city of Livetuna which was used as a shelter for novice players. Many players think that this is one of the changes that happened because of the last update so it does not take too much trouble.

Second, news of the defeat of the Heaven Throne Legion that challenged Dungeon Limasa, one of the Five Great Dungeons found on the Plainfest continent. It is rumored that out of the three hundred members who followed the Full Raid, only less than twenty personnel managed to escape safely from the Dungeon.

This was certainly a hard blow to the Heaven Throne. How not? The entire world had heard the statement that the Heaven Throne was intending to perform a Full Raid on the Limasa Dungeon and return home bringing victory, but the opposite happened. The legion returned with a great defeat.

In addition to the embarrassment and prestige that dropped, Heaven Throne also lost about 40% of its strength—given that quite a number of NPCs had joined—and made its position as one of the Top Rank Legions plummeted. They also did not get the Relic they were looking for so there was no single thing that could be entertainment for its members at this time.

Now Sieg sits at his desk with two Crowntails who are members of the Heaven Throne. Crowntail in the Legion there are indeed two names, but different figures. One of these two Crowntails was the vice-chairman of the Heaven Throne who possessed the class of Saint Priest, while the other was the captain of a classy elite Legion team group like Archer.

Because there are two of these same names, the Crowntail of the Saint Priest class is more often called the Crown, while the captain of the Heaven Throne elite team is called Tail. This blasphemy has been approved by both concerned.

   "Tail, what do you think of yesterday's attack? What can we learn and prepare further to conquer it in the future?"

   "Don't joke, Sieg! You still think you can conquer it?!"

   "Calm down, Crown. I have no intention of holding a Full Raid there any time soon. I also understand the current condition of the Legion."

Responding to Crown who briefly vent his emotions, Sieg remained calm and looked authoritative. The Crown's reaction was very reasonable considering that the Heaven Throne suffered a great defeat once it entered the deepest part of the Limasa Dungeon. Although he had not had time to deal with his Dungeon Boss, the Mid-Boss Dungeon was so powerful that Sieg could not last more than five minutes alone.

Heaven Throne Expedition in doing Full Raid on Dungeon Limasa has indeed reached the deepest part which means Dungeon Boss room. Unfortunately the Limasa Dungeon did not have a single Boss, but there were three other Boss Dungeons—which was called Mid-Boss.

Mid-Boss is a term for monsters or NPCs that have power under the Boss in a battle. They were usually used as personal bodyguards by Dungeon Bosses before they were finally ordered to advance against the opponent. If the Dungeon Boss was revealed as a king, then Mid-Boss could be said to be the king's personal general.

   "Sorry chairman, but it would be difficult to estimate that. Before we get any information regarding the strength and abilities of that Boss Limasa Dungeon, I won't dare to draw any conclusions."

   "Is that so...."

Sieg was bowed to Tail's comments about the Raid against the Limasa Dungeon. He felt desperate enough to re-attack the Dungeon after learning of Tail's comments. After all, he alone could not last long when fighting against the Mid-Boss that existed in the Limasa Dungeon.

Moreover, no other Legion besides the Heaven Throne had reached the deepest part of the Limasa Dungeon and either fought back or saw the boss of the monsters inhabiting the Dungeon. No one could provide information about that Dungeon Boss other than themselves.

After completing the Goblin Hunt Quest today, Reus reported to the Quest Center receptionist girl for the usual Reward. The rewards he earned were quite a lot, but could not compare to his earnings from selling Equip and Potion at the Orbis Forum.

   "What's your next agenda, Reus?"

   "Maybe go to a nearby town to take my Silver-Class class."

   "Silver-Class!? With your level still this way!?"

   'Ah, fuck.'

Lyra spotan screamed as soon as she heard Reus's unexpected answer. How could a player like Reus who was still in his 50s be able to take out a Silver-Class? This is news that would be very horrendous Orbis Online if spread.

Therefore Reus immediately coagulates Lyra's mouth using the raw Goblin's Meat he got from hunting Goblins earlier. It made Lyra immediately spit it out and issued a rude swearing to Reus.

   "As a fellow abnormal player can you keep this to a secret for both of us?"

   "Annormal? Why do you think I'm an abnormal player?"

   "You think I don't know? Many say that I was like a level 70 player, but in reality I was still at level 40 at that time. Then shouldn't my abilities and status be able to keep up with your speed and strength that are still at level 89?"

Lyra was silent a thousand words hearing Reus's conclusion that she had never thought of before. While Lyra was silent, Reus only giggled at the reaction of the Assassin girl.

After a while, Lyra breathed out her heavy breath and raised her voice again.

   "Well, I'll keep quiet about it, as long as you're quiet about me, too."

   "Agreed."

They both shook each other's hands duplicating the deal each individual had agreed to.

After the light conversation Reus walked towards a large tent that read Potion Shop not far from where he stood. Why would he go there while he could produce some Potions himself?

   "Excuse me, I want to buy Str Potion, Dex Potion, Vit Potion, HP Potion II. Thirty bottles each."

Why did Reus buy these Potions? He needed this kind of Potion supply in order to walk without excessive worry while traveling to the city of Bayfrost which is the nearest city of Livetuna— considering Reus could not make these Potions.

After buying Potion, Reus went to the convenience store tent to buy a map to the city of Bayfrost and some other needs. He also took the time to improve the status of Dur Blackstar as well as forging it into Blackstar +1 in the weapon shop tent.

Reus muttered little to find Blackstar's prowess. Despite becoming stronger due to being forged, Blackstar was already enough to match the Goblin Killing Sword he had obtained earlier at a level still below 40.

Of course Reus changed his main weapon to Blackstar again. He used the Goblin Killing Sword as his main weapon when facing other Goblins. From there it was proven that the Goblin Killing Sword was indeed a suitable weapon against Goblins compared to Blackstar.
